hey can some body tell me what the popullar phrase in dewford is because i'm trying to find feebas and i've heard that u need the popular phrase to do it.

can somebody please help me

I heard there are three popular phrase in dewford. But, I know only one of them. The phrase is "Ralts Genius".

Well... got a Modest Latios with flawless SAtk and 28 Speed IVs... as well as 27 HP IVs. I'm sorry, but I couldn't pass it up ^^ Just curious, would be better for it in-game? I plan on using it for the BF(I already know that if I use this Latios competitively it will have Dragon Claw/Thunder/CM/Recover)

It will have CM and Recover automatically...unless you can convince me not to have them both.
CM/Recover/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam?
CM/Recover/Dragon Claw/Thunderbolt
CM/Recover/Dragon Claw/Psychic
I'm leaning towards the second one.
Use the second, although you don't even need CM in-game. Replace CM with Ice Beam and you have a SE attack for Ground and Grass Pokes. Psychic is not needed since the other moves cover it.

Avoid the popular phrase in Dewford. Its purpose it to change the water tiles that you can find Feebas on. The only way to catch Feebas is to start at the southern-most water tile, fish 5-8 times with an Old Rod, and then move to the next one. That is the quickest way to do it. I found mine a little over a third of the way through the route. Patience is required.

No CM in-game? Wow, I never thought like that. But really, what grass type pokemon is gonna resist both DClaw and TBolt? And pretty much all ground types are handled by D-Claw... oh wait, cept for Steelix. I see your point.

Here is a list of the easiest Pokes to train to Lv100:

Altaria
Anorith
Armaldo
Clamperl
Cradily
Feebas
Gorebyss
Huntail
Lileep
Milotic
Nincada
Ninjask
Shedinja
Swablu
Volbeat
Zangoose

These Pokes only need 600,000 Exp points to reach Lv100. Now, in contrast here is the hardest Poke to train to Lv100:

Breloom
Corphish
Crawdaunt
Gulpin
Hariyama
Illumise
Makuhita
Seviper
Shroomish
Swalot
Wailmer
Wailord

Why these are they hardest Poke to train is beyond me. Only a few here are even worthwhile even getting past Lv50. At any rate, these Pokes require 1.64 MILLION (1,640,000) Exp points to reach Lv100, or almost three times that of the first group.

As for who the best starter is, there is no question that it is Swampert. It can learn its best moveset before the Weak5, while both Sceptile and Blaziken need help (mostly from the Move Tutors at the Battle Frontier in Emerald) to acheive theirs that come after that.

Wow, I'm suprised Milotic made it in there! O.o

That is probably because it is so difficult to not only find Feebas, but to evolve it into a decent Milotic as well. A reward of some sort.

So, I caught a Feebas today. Finally. Nature? Modest. Beauty? Seemingly, maxed out. Can't feed it any more blocks. Leveled it up. ...And it won't evolve.

Do I HAVE to feed it the "higher grade" berries/blocks, or what? I took the easy way out and made blocks of the berries I already had, and nothin's happenin'. Blah.

You need a new Feebas if this one doesn't want any more blocks. Then you'll need to get the new Feebas' beauty at least up to the point where it can be rewarded a Blue Scarf by the Pokemon Fan Club Chairman in Slateport. After that, level it up (I don't know what level, exactly) and it'll evolve into a Milotic.

HowCan i tell when my evs are maxed out one stat?
The only way I have found is to feed your Poke the berry that reduces the target stat by 10, and count how many berries it takes. Personally, I use a spreadsheet so I don't have to do that.

Yes, you have to feed it better quality PokeBlocks. What I do is only blend berries with the Master Blender (Emerald only) and I only use Chesto berries, which MB counters with Pamtre, giving me a Gold PokeBlock with a 55/45 (Level/Feel) that increases Cute and Beauty.

You can do it without MB, but it requires that you use Pamtre and blend with Mister, who will use Chesto. It is harder, but if you are good enough (with a little luck) you can get Gold with 50/45. I don't bother with any other combinations. BTW - I have evolved about 3 dozen Milotics using this method.

Thankfully, I didn't save after I fed it the blocks. I had a few of the higher-grade berries on hand, also thankfully. 4 higher level berries, and a bunch of level 12/11s worked fine. Whee, Milotic. Level 45 and I already like it better than Tentacruel. Heh.

I have a question.. I'm Playing Emerald and I'm in the Terra Cave on Route 114.But my Game has a glitch and when I go inside caves or underwater IT"S ALL FOGGY. You can't see ANYTHING same when I go underwater... Oh and im playing VBA ? do you think this can be the reason or no ?

Yeah it is. The real games never make it so foggy that you can't see what you're doing.

Wouldnt you run into the same problem later on then? Why dont you just save up some money and go buy the real thing. Besides the License Agreement in VBA games says its illegal to play these if you dont own the real thing anyway.
Yet, what can they do? It's not like theyll send guys after you or something
