ok, i know you might think like, DUH, but, what is a NE? ok, i am so getting an AR, if i cant then i guess i might have a gameshark, but i don't wanna cheat, only to get deoxys and jirachi.

so, i have to go to Japan to acquire deoxys through the nintendo event? that sucks balls, im getting the AR from ebay.

NE was just me simplifying Nintendo Event.

Yes, but the event is only for D/P I believe. The US stopped Nintendo Events a few years back I think.

so there is NO place to get the NE at all other than japan? once again that sucks, im so getting an AR from ebay

Currently there aren't any. But the US should be hosting some soon for D/P.
 
so there is no place to get them for FR/LG/R? in japan?

i said FR/LG/R cuz they're the only games i can use for the NE currently

what on earth is a move called "breeding"? neva heard of it, old friend.

skitty, delcatty and i think there are 6 other pokemon who knows assist but i don't know them :P

The only pokemon that learns Pay Day at all is Meowth/Persian. They can both learn Assist by breeding though.
 
Skitty can learn Pay Day... through purification or some other process... but not through breeding

There are no Pokemon that can learn Pay Day by breeding. Ninja Monkey is correct, Pay Day can only be learnt by Meowth/Persian via levelling up.
 
hey, when i win the contest, in the pokemon emerald, at lilycove, a guy makes a picture of my pokemon after i beat the master contest... he did that only twice, but i have already won four of them (excluding beauty),,, so, how do i do for him to make the pictures again?(by the way, if i fill the museum room with my pokemon's pictures, what would happen?do i get anything/? even if i dont, how do i fill the room?
 
He only paints the pictures if you win Master Rank by a significant amount, which I believe from memory is around 4 stars.

You do get something once you fill the room, but the object currently escapes my mind.

I have another question that is perhapes more D/P related but I thought i would ask here.

If I reset a copy of RBE/FRLG would I be able to pal pak them onto a completed copy of D/P or would I need to complete the advance gen game?
 
you would need to complete Emerald I believe and probably fire red and leaf green too ruby/sapphire should be fine
 
Noob question. I used the search function and got all 122 pages of this thread. I'm actually playing Diamond and it's my first Pokemon game. I'm really trying to get a Surskit to evolve and can't find a trade partner that's on when I need one so I bought a used copy of Emerald.

Luckily for me, it's completly open so I didn't have to play through the whole game. What I'd like to know is where do I go to find out what swarms are happening each day so that I can hopefully get Surskit? I can't seem to get it to swarm in Diamond.

I'm pretty sure you're asking how to get a swarm on Emerald. If you aren't tell me, and I'm sorry. I'll delete this post.

Okay, so to get a swarm on Emerald, well you don't make it happen. The game does it by itself, there's just a trigger that tells the game to up the frequency of appearance of a Pokemon that is a swarm Pokemon in a certain area. For example, Lotad will swarm only in one specific place, as opposed to Surskit swarming somewhere else.

So to see if there is a swarm, you have to walk into houses with TVs. If you haven't battled any of the News Crew Gaby & TY trainers recently, then the only other thing that can be on TV is your interview with the reporter at the Contest Hall, some useless news or a swarm alert. When it is a swarm alert, the TV will tell you exactly which Pokemon is swarming as well as in what area. They will specify what Route. Make sure you go there soon because you have a time limit as the swarm will, evidently, go away.
