What do you mean?. Hidden Power Normal. Mabye this could help. It's from the Tech Instiute.



Power The formula is:

( ( ( n * 40 ) / 63 ) + 30 ) = p

Where p = Hidden Power, Power and n = a number (we will talk about that later)

Given:

63>n>0
70>P>30


Now, the stat equals 1 if the IV number is any of the following numbers:

2,3,6,7,10,11,14,15,18,19,22,23,26,27,30,31

Other wise it equals 0.

Therefore, if my pokemon has the following IVs....

Sp.Def/Sp.Att/Spd/Def/Att/HP <-- Notice it is backwards

30/16/19/4/1/7

then the binary is....

101001

Now I opened my handy calculator on my computer and then went to view>>scientific.
then go view>>binary.
type in 101001 and then go view>>decimal.

This will give you 41

Lets use the formula now...

( ( 41 * 40 ) / 63 ) + 30 = 56.03

Which is rounded down to 56

If you want a 70 base power then you need all of your IVs to be in the groupd of Blue numbers above.

Type

Type is different. If the IV is even it is 0, if the IV is odd it is 1.

Repeat the text in green above.

and type it in to this formula

( ( n * 15 ) / 63 ) = t


Where t is the number we will use to find the type.

The types go to these numbers...

0 = Fighting
1 = Flying
2 = Poison
3 = Ground
4 = Rock
5 = Bug
6 = Ghost
7 = Steel
8 = Fire
9 = Water
10 = Grass
11 = Electric
12 = Psychic
13 = Ice
14 = Dragon
15 = Dark

So for our original stats (in red)
n=001011
converted to decimal it is: 11

then 11 plugged into that formula is:

((11*15)/63)= 2.62 (rounded)

whice is then rounded down to 2 which is Poison

So stats of 30/16/19/4/1/7

Will give you a Hidden Power

hey guys, i have the ruby, but i dunno where the sapphire is on the islands. i would appreciate your help. and also, how do u get in the rocket warehouse?(who do i have to talk to, to give me the 2nd password.)

Go to the Dotted Hole on Six Island. You need cut to open the enterance. Then there is a pathway you have to take with the holes. After you get it. You will see the Sapphire Plate. Then a Scientist will come and steal it. He will say the password then he will go to the warehouse. Then go back to there and you will be able to go in.^^
 
Theres no such thing as HP Normal, do you mean when you look at the TMs type it says normal? If so, its because HP is counted as a normal move (ie: physical, which means it can be countered). HP's type is decided by the pokemon that knows it, not the TM itself.

it won't let me use cut! it just says cut can't be used here. i'm standind reght at the entrense.
 
That's because you have to help Lorelei on 4 Island before going to 6 Island and the Dotted Hole. Or was that a rhetorical question?

This is kinda stupid but...how the bloody hell do I get into Saffron city?? o_o
The guards say they are thirsty and I have a bottle of water, lemonade and soda and still they won't let me through.
What am I doing wrong????
 
Theyve changed it a bit. Go back to Celadon and just to the left of Pokemon Mansion, youll see a guy. Talk to him and he'll tell you some old lady gave him some tea that was too hot. (You dont need to talk to him but anyhow...) Go inside and talk to the old lady (second or first floor I think). She will give you some tea, use it to get past the Saffron Guards.

Mewtwo is still in (you need 60 Pokemon caught and beat Elite Four to get National Dex to enter Unknwon Dungeon though). No E-Card required.

The fossils are the same as R/B/Y, except they are reborn at level 5 instead of 30.

I have the National Dex and I have beaten the Elite Four,the kid in front of the cave still won't let me in.

I take it you mean Altering Cave? Yes that changes with the E-reader. If you get the right cards, you can scan them to have certain groups of Johto pokemon appear in the cave. Its more worth it (if you have a GC) to buy Colosseum and get them all through that.
 

Hi! Is there any way to trade pokemon before you beat the E. Four?
 
The girl in the next house to my house in pallet town says my eevee loves me but it wont evole into Umbreon or Espeon
why not?

Only if they are from the first 150 pokemon. And only between FireReds and LeafGreens.
 
hey i wanna know where is the location of the sun stones? ive already gotten one can yu get another?
