I find it hard to take someone seriously who types in caps and uses chatspeak, to be completely honest.

Have you PERSONALLY traded Eggs to a FR/LG without the National Dex? It does. Not. Work.

yes, i traded a chamander egg to leafG from fireR :D i'm not very sure if u can trade eggs between a game that got national dex and 1 doesn't (i think u can) ;)

Does anyone here know where to get a choice band in firered?
 
Yes, you CAN!

You can trade a Pokemon holding choice band from Hoenn into Kanto through Celio's systems.
That means, you can trade Pokemon with it after you've got national dex and r/s trade enabled.
 
Meh well.. then what was that item I got in the Viridian Gym underneath the mat where Giovanni stood? Oh well, I don't remember either.
 
Uh yes there is. Its one of those braces or bands, I've forgotten which one. Go to the gym, stand where Giovanni was standing, and use the itemfinder.

Eh well, there are lots of stuff like that. WAIT! I think the Choice Band was at the 3rd Sevii Island, on that patch of grass on the corner of the pool south of the Old Lady's house.

Meh, I need new memory cards. Can you please check it out? Try the same itemfinder method on it when standing on that block.
 
Hey, thanks I found a Rare Candy. Go to the Old Women's house on Two Island where she teaches your fully evolved starter the grand attack and use the Itemfinder. It will point you in the direction of behind your house. Go all the way to the right corner behind her house and poof a Rare Candy.

Ohh and by the way, I check a source and found that there were no Choice Bands in Fr/Lg.
