Can someone give me the moon stone locations? I've got three... but I can't find the fourth one...my poor little Clefairy can't evolve..

She said it. You can buy one as early as Celadon, or wait til you get to Fuchsia. You can do that, and Celadon is just before the Gym, and the TR Casino Hideout. You can train and make it cool right even before you get to Fuchsia. =)

You get one it Mt. Moon, one in the Rocket Hideout(Celadon), one on Two Island(the little girl will give you one), and some on wild Clefairy. There is also a hidden one on Mt. Moon. On the second basement floor in a rock VERY close to where you chose your fossil. Go to the stairs(don't go up) and walk all the way to the right. You will hit a wall, and then go all the way down. The walk all the way to the right. You will run into a rock click it and get an amazing Moon Stone.

Meh, beaten. I was looking this up on GameFAQs. And yeah, it also states there that you can find Moonstones in the Rocket Base in the Sevii Islands, the one that needs the passwords. I've not found it though.. *dies*

thanks! It was the one on two island I hadn't got, I've found it now.

Eh.. you're welcome, even if I didn't help.

Hm, btw, is there a complete map of the Sevii Islands in GIF/JPG form somewhere? I need one.

im using VBA and playing it on my comp so how do i get my kadabra to become alakazam i just cant trade it to someone...
yes you can. get the new version at vba.ngemu.com andopen two of the programs. Change the default joypad for one of them and make sure that the joypad button configurations are different. then open the same rom and the game will assume that they're connected with each other. you can fight in the colloseum trade and so on like this.
Edit: Sorry, I just discovered that your post was answered.

All 3rd generation games have the same EV system. If they didn't, it wouldn't make any sense.

Thanks a lot trjessie579 and Lancelite+Maxman. Can someone give me a list of pokemon to EV train with on FR/LG?

Those pokemon aren't really easy to find, here is a list of common pokemon that are good for EV training:

Hp: For hp you should pick dunsparce, dunsparce can be found on three island after you defeat the elite four, just go straight through the cave you see when you set 'your foot' on 3 island
Attack: Take paras the chances of encountering one on the bottom floor of MT.Moon is 100%
Defense: Tangela they can be found on route 21 encounter rate 100%
Speed: Just go to the diglett's cave every pokemon there (diglett and dugtrio) give evs to speed
Special attack: Just go to the pokemon tower in lavender town, gastly and haunter both give evs to Special attack
Special defense: Just surf on the kindle road or near the memorial pillar

Quick question: Can you trade eggs over to LG or FR through any other versions beofre you get the National Dex? I ask since I may be restarting, and I really would like a Dratini with from the beginning in FR

yes u can mrs something jessie something!! u should do a bit more on research something jessie something :D

...you're crazy.

For that thing, lets say, we'll mention here, that you can trade whenevers between FireRed and LeafGreen.

Yes, you can trade from the beginning between FR/LG, but you still can't trade ANY non-Kanto Pokemon or Eggs into a FR/LG that doesn't have the National Dex. It doesn't matter what game it's from.

Crazy Frogitist, and notice that I took the time to type your name correctly, I don't see a source for your information, either.

My source: Try it.

TRJessie is right. You can trade eggs back and forth between two FRLGs, so long as the Pokemon inside it is one of the original Kanto Pokemon. If you tried to trade an egg with a Beldum or Treecko or any such non-Kanto Pokemon unless you both have the National PokeDex.

I don't think this would apply with the baby forms of Pokemon (such as Magby or Pichu) even though they came out after RBY.

Actually, you can't trade Eggs no matter what's in them. The game doesn't differentiate between Kanto and non-Kanto Eggs.
