To actually catch them all just on that one cart? No, unless you have a cheat device. You'd have to make trades with RSE and LG.
 
So which pok?mon can you catch?

Pokemon like Lugia, Ho-Oh, Deoxys, etc. aren't exactly "catchable" without a Nintendo event.

I can't make a comparison to Emerald though.
 
No, it will not. Technically, Mind Reader will make sure the move hits, but if the move has no effect on a certain type, it'll be useless.
 
u can use articuno
1st use mind reader then use sheer cold it ALWAYS works (u need to be equal or higher lv than da enemie to use sheer cold)
