3rd Gen Simple Questions

Catch a Pikachu in Viridian Forest. Also be patiant Pikachu are rare so it may take a while to find one. Also. As an extra precaution. When you face Misty besides having Pikachu catch an Oddish(FR) or Bellsprout(LG). I'd say make sure all of your Pokemon are at Level 17(at least). And if you meant get out of Cerulean City you have to visit Bill and beat Misty. Then enter the house with to police officer standing outside it and exit though the back door in the house. You'll have to beat a Rocket Grunt, but when you beat him he'll give you the TM for Dig. Hope this helps.

You press "A" on the triangle (don't walk into it! Just infront of it.) until it turns red. ~_^

? is in Monean Chamber, and ! is in Viapois Chamber. They shouldn't be any rarer than any of the other ones really...

Actually, the odds for ? and ! Unowns are 5% in their respective areas. ? is in the same area as Unown A, and ! is in the same area as Unown Z.
 
I have a bit of a dilema. I got the Auorora Ticket and I'm on Birth Island(the place where you get Deoxoys) and there's a little triangel in the middle of the island. I looked into it and found out it's some type of puzzle. Can anyone give me exact instuctions on where to move it?

You go to "Edit Signature" in your Control Pannel. There should be a button that says insert image. Just click on that, type in the exact URL of the picture and it'll show up in your sig. Also there's always HTML. Sorry for double posting!

I've just gotta know...where on earth in the game is Shuckle? *dreads that it's probably in the Altering Cave*
 
Rikku: The triangle moves by itself on a preset path. It's the same pattern everytime. All you have to do is walk over to the triangle in the shortest amount of steps possible after the first time it moves. If you take one step more than needed, it'll reset and you'll have to start the puzzle over again. But like I said, the pattern is the same each time.

Chairman Kaka: Erm..according to the PokeDex, it's area is unknown....
 
I've been searching the forums trying to figure out what EV is exactly and so far I only know it stands for Effort Value.. what exactly is effort value and how does it work?

I'm sure there is already a post out there giving a detailed explanation I just can't seem to find it... if someone would direct me to it I would be very thankful.

Yup - you got it - it's in Altering Cave. If you can't be bothered to wait for Wonder Spots, trade it from Colosseum, or wait until Emerald comes out and get it from the Safari Zone.
 
It's the penultimate one. Deep King Agnol has it. You need to beat the Deep Colosseum Four times before going back in a fifth, and defeating the Deep King. He's quite tough as well... so be warned =D
