No and only pichu can learn it.First attach a light ball to a pickachu and breed with ditto.Light balls are attached to wild pikachus.
And that only happens in Emerald too so yuo have to trade with Emerald for Volt Tackle..

I believe Murkrow is located is Five Island, althouhg it is very rare and hard to capture. as for Emerald, i am unsure

Hoshi has a simple question. Where do you find the move deleter in FR/LG or is there one?

Chansey is really annoying me now! 100hrs+ into the game and still haven't caught one in that stupid safari zone! Any tips on getting it? I've tried throwing rocks (didn't help), throwing bait (runs away too?!), throwing a simple safari ball makes it run aswell?! It doesn't even last 1 second in the ball. Can Chansey be caught only in here?

Yes, Chansey can only be caught in safari zone. And yes, Chansey CAN be caught... but it takes alot of luck and patience. Chansey lives up to her description in the safari zone.

There is no exact way to do from my persepctive. what i did was: throw bait. Chansey ate. Threw more food. She still ate. (Greedy little fellow. :\ ) Now throw Ball. she popped out. I started to get angry if she was going to be like those Dratini (which took me hours upon hours and about 15 encounters until I finally got it right.) I was gonna give up. I threw more food for Chansey since rocks make her run no matter what i do. Chansey still stayed and ate. Threw one last ball and luck has it i caught it.

That was my 20th try at a Chansey and I finally got one. From what I noticed the Pokemon that tend to linger are either: the ones you have a good chance at catching or are just mocking you. (Like that chance encounter with that Dragonair I had...I cursed like mad and at the that it ran after lingering with me for about 5 minutes.)

Murkrow are in Pokemon Collosseum. Snag it, purify it, and beat the game to be able transfer it from your Gamecube to your GBA to get one for your dex.

umm...
this is kinda weird but, what's a friendship?

you know, like how you evolve your eevee into an Umbreon?

A friendship is when your Pokemon gains it's upmost trust in it's trainer. I'll use your Umbreon example. When you have an Eevee, no matter what it's level will be, it can evolve into either and Umbreon or an Espeon with friendship.

Ways you can gain friendship in your Pokemon is by using the Pokemon frequently in battle, yet not letting it faint very often, if at all. Also, giving your Pokemon items such as Protein, Carbos, and Rare Cady also helps. ^_~ I'd also recommend not keeping the Pokemon in the PC at all if friendship is what you're looking for.

But, with Umbreon and Espeon, their evolution depends on day and night: somthing unobtainable in FR/LG. In that case, you'd have to trade your Eevee over to R/S/E and have it evolve there where time changes are in effect. ^_~

ok, thanks but, what dose a star peice do? -_-'

sorry I'm not really used to FR yet, but I was wondering if a star peice did anything, because I just found one, so, what dose it do?

Star Pieces are for nothing but selling. I believe a Star Piece sells for 3500?, could be wrong though.

Unless its in Paper Mario, then you trade a Star Piece for Badges or in Mario RPG you use them to repair Star Road =p But I'm assuming you're asking about FR since its in the FRLG Simple Questions topic.

You have to trade the Eevee over to Ruby or Sapphire in order to evolve it into Umbreon. Get it to have maximum friendship with you, and evolve it during the hours of 12 AM - 12 PM on your Ruby/Sapphire clock. You can't get Umbreon/Espeon in FR/LG.
