Well meh...I'm level 100...i'm Lucario rank because of Jirachi...got Mantine because of Jirachi, and the only Legendaries I don't have is Mew, Deoxys, Regirock, Regice I think thats about it XD...
 
I didn't cheat...at least not for the rank...I did that from pure out doing missions o.O
 
Okay, when you have the Wish Stone which you get from Medicham(or however its spelt), it won't let you recruit Jirachi, instead you get a wish from him, you can ask for Items, or other things, but the last one "Something Good" will increase your rank by one, and since my next rank was Lucario Rank aka the highest, thats what it made me lol...and once that happens the "Something Good" will just give you pokemon you haven't gotten, does that help?
 
how can i get Transform forest?
 
If I remember correctly...you buy it from Wigglytuff...

Well thats where I got mine from, I assume its after you beat Rayquaza...since I know you get a ton of friend areas after that event. But i'm sure that you get that forest area way before you fight Rayquaza.

And help on befriending Lugia? I have Level 100, Friend Bow, and Lucario Rank...and it still won't join...I need it to get the area that Deoxys is in...
 
what do you have to do to get Kyoger's Groudon's and Rar-qua's friend areas?

you mean when when you beat them you get thier friend areas?
