can you trade pokemon from diamond/ pearl with emerald?

Would the data for Munchlax be in FRLGRSE, games that were made before (or during) the creation of Munchlax?

HP Water and HP Grass stand for Hidden Power [Water] and Hidden Power [Grass].

In your Pokemon info lookup, it'll say that Hidden Power's attack type is Normal. But once you go in battle, it's type changes to onne of the 17 types depending on the user's IVs (Individual Values).

A Pokemon's IVs also affect Hidden Power's attack power, which ranges from 30 to 70.

And the difference, if you haven't figured it by now, is the type.

As my previous thread was closed and I was suggested to ask here my query (and since I worded it badly):

I lost my Ruby cartirge on holiday and I know it's impossible to get my 200 hours spent on it back - but, I thought it might be okay to get saves from GameFAQs and load them onto a Ruby Cartridge - preferably not a Flash cart because I might wanna resell it and I have the box in pristine condition. So I ask:

Is it possible to use a Gameshark or Action Replay to load the current saves on GameFAQs on to a bought cartridge (which I can obtain cheaply) or is there some complication involved which does not allow me to do this?
I heard the game saves were too big for the cartidge or something, though. To be honest, I only want these saves so I can enjoy the newer games by importing pokemon.

Or is a Flash cart my only way out of this mess? (If only I didn't lost that ****ed cart! XD)

I'm trying to trade a Mew from my Fire red to Emerald and when i attempt to trade it, a message something like "Pokemon cannot be traded" comes up..does anyone know why it says that and how to make mew able to be traded?

it can't....it was probaly sharked so you can't trade it. when the Old Sea Map comes out. you can catch mew and trade it.

i think it's powered by special because dragons are special sweepers i think.

Mewtwo.: 'Cause you cheated to get it. It is possible to get it through cheating and still trade it though. Use the Pokemon Maker V4X to generate a code for trade-able Mew. The link to the Pokemon Maker is at the bottom of the FRLG FAQ.

The number of launches tells you how many weeks you've been playing your game. You don't get anything from it, period.
