this is a bit of a WTH moment for me.
i teamed up with mira in the battle tower, the enemy only had a tropius left, mira with magmotar, me with lucario. they were all our last pokemon.
tropius had 1/4 of it's HP left and my lucario had 1/3 of it's helth and mira's magmotar has barely anything left.
but sadly lucario's speed was harshly reduced because of the enemy spamming the scary face attack, but i thought we would easily win.
but then mira had her magmotar use earthquake, it knocked out my lucario with a critical hit but the enemy was a flying type so it wasn't affected, then the tropius finishes off magmotar with giga drain and we lost.
i still wonder "what the heck was mira thinking?!"
