I was fighting the Ghost Gym Leader last night, KOing everything with my Alakazam (Lv.34). Then out came the Gengar, same level as my 'Zam. I, of course, hesitated, because I knew that speed was the single most important factor here... Alakazam against Gengar, where their speed is often very close, is a case where they can OHKO each other without blinking. Whoever got the first hit would win. But I took a gamble, and luckily I hit first, and turned Gengar into a big steaming pile of psybeamed poop. I was quite happy with that one. :-P

I love a battle like that!

Icha, I can breed you a drifloon... the only trainer who has it is in teh hearthhome gym, which most people skip cause they can answer teh questions :/

Oh, really? Huh...well, thanks for the offer, but seeing as Friday has come and gone, I am indeed now the proud owner of two Drifloon (one for each version). Which means I now have the National Dex and access to Pal Park. Other events to note:

After having traded Ichida my single Skorupi for a Combee, have found THREE Combee in trees, two in the same tree ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
Have been in several GTS trades, including:
-Level 8 Geodude for Level 24 Carnivine
-Level 1 Gible for Level 20 Cranidos
-Level 1 Gible for Level 14 Cherubi
-Level 14 Mime Jr. for Level 26 Bonsly
-Level 1 Gible (people really like it for some reason...) for Level 10 Shieldon
-Level 5 Combee for Level 10+ Hippopotas (haven't checked yet)
Caught Regigigas!
Caught Cresselia!
Caught Mesprit!
Successfully transferred over 30 Pokemon!
Caught Giratina!
Found AR code for Event Legendary items, tested and works! Didn't save it, though.
Began breeding for Pokemon, first egg hatched being a female Combee!
Hatched Phione!

And...now that Pal Park is up and running for me, you know what that means......

Reached Hearthome City today. Explored Amity Square a bit with my Buneary, finding a few items for Contests. So I went to the Contest Hall to practice for them. Angel did rather well with dancing.

I'm going to battle against my rival, then head out to get my Happiny egg. Can't wait for that little thing to hatch.

Yesterday, I caught Dialga. All I did was use Infernape's Close Combat which brought it down to a sliver of HP. It KOed Infernape with Roar of Time, but I caught it with the first Ultra Ball I used. (And when I did the weight comparison in my Pokedex, Dialga was so heavy that I flew off the scale! XD)

Then I beat Volkner at Sunyshore Gym, buying a few Poke Ball seals there, too. After that I went to Mesprit and caused it to run away and be found randomly in the wild. I attempted to catch Azelf, but that darn thing would rarely even wobble in the Ultra Ball! So I went to Uxie and caught it eventually, and traveled to Victory Road.

This morning, I again tried to catch Azelf. I still couldn't catch it, so I gave up and decided to try and get past Victory Road. Now I'm currently in Victory Road, hoping my team will become strong enough to beat the Elite Four! Here are my team's levels now:

Infernape: 48
Staraptor: 49
Gastrodon: 49
Luxray: 50
Dialga: 47
Bidoof: 3 (What a shock.)

Lots of people seem to be training their teams a lot.

I evolved my shiny Chimchar into Monferno earlier today. I was holding it off until it got Nasty Plot. I also evolved my Starly into Staravia, and I will soon be evolving my Shinx into Luxio. I caught a Bold female Shellos which I will use to breed for Bold Shellos (Everstone) with Yawn. I'm about to enter Eterna Forest.

I got my second Gym Badge. Monferno is now at level 29. I'm looking for a Murkrow in Eterna Forest, and then I will EV train in SAtk at the Old Chateau for a bit. Afterwards, I will alternate between searching for a Skull Fossil and a Relaxed or Sassy Bronzor. Wish me luck.

Side note, other than Hippowdon, I have not trained anything else other than the five, they're the first five PKMN I trained, and they're near and dear to me :D:D:D
