Skill Set: Ember | Curse | Yawn | Eruption

Torchic -- Level 1
♂ 31/31/31/31/31/31 - Adamant - Speed Boost
Skill Set: Scratch | Growl | Quick Attack

Torchic should come before torkoal

What are the IVs on those shinies? Also is the Chikorita male/female?
