So if you could add an egg group to one Pokemon, which Pokemon and which egg group would you add?

Probably Aggron (and the rest of its line) to Mineral. Wears armor, which is different than being made of it. Eats iron ore, however. Also counts Dwebble and Crustle as a Mineral.

I'd add Nidoqueen to the Monster and Field groups (same groups as Nidoking), it doesn't make sense Nidoqueen being unable to breed

I'd change the Sceptile line's Dragon egg group into the Grass egg group. It's a monster/plant mashup more than it is some kind of dragon.

Also wanna slap Monster onto Sigilyph instead of it just being in the Flying egg group.
And let's slap the Grass egg group onto the Florges line as well.

Why not give Lilligant the human-like egg group? She's a plant but almost human like. If Cacturne can get the human-like egg group I don't see why Lilligant cannot.
