How I saw Kylie-chan while I was a staff: She was the nicest sweetest girl in the world. I never saw her get mad, and I never saw her insult a member. She had a huge inferiority complex which kind of bugged me, but her super sugar coating made up for that. We always have one staff like this. She was acted a lot like Abby (when Abby was still sane).

How I saw Kylie-chan while I was a member: Not mature enough to make heavy decisions and stick with them. Not mature enough to get in any argument and stick with it. It seemed like she focused more time stating the other persons flaws rather than proving her own point. I don't think she can handle good under pressure.

Dakota's points were just proven. You flew off topic and tried to point out his flaws, rather than trying to back up the fact you don't do such things, which is obvious now that you do.
You feel insulted by Dakota, and you aren't coping well with the pressure being put on you to respond to it in a civilised manner.

And I'll finish up by saying that if you go off at me because I spotted some truth within your flaws, then you'd be further proving Dakota's point where you tend to pick out other's flaws.
If you find this too insulting, then the only explanation is that you are looking for someone to blame things on, thus you'd possibly start going off at me, as stated previously.

She doesn't make fun of other members. I doubt you've ever looked up her posts, if you did you'd know that already. And we'd give warnings, it's how other higher staff members were able to keep their positions for so long. The way she acts in modding is no different from David, and both of them are doing a great job.

Again, it's not proving anything. You act like the staff are just supposed to take in everything and never feel bad about anything, like we're robots. 'The only explanation' hardly fits, maybe the only one for you, but I cetainly don't see it that way at all.

You think it's okay to just keep on throwing stones at us, like we don't matter, like we should just have to tolerate constant abuse. Hospital workers here have a non-abuse policy. They kick patients/visitors out who are abusive towards them. I think it's the same case here, isn't it? --; Yet, if a mod cracks and yells at a member, or punishes them for breaking the rules, suddenly it's a huge problem, and we're incompetent. Dark Quill, look at yourself. You say I should be demoted to a super moderator or a moderator for making fun of members when I don't even do that [you don't even know me - I have no idea why you and Dakota think you two are the world experts on the staff and know enough to challenge us when your basis is skewed and distorted], but what are you doing? Just flaming us. Your posts are intentionally insulting to us, and you can't justify that. We don't tolerate that in anyone here. If a mod flames a member, we deal with that mod. If a member flames another member, we deal with that member. If a mod flames another member of staff, that mod is punished. But if we deal with a member who flames a mod, suddenly we're a biased dictatorship who punish anyone for the slightest comment that doesn't praise us. They're all the same cases, and they should be dealt with in the same manner. Yet, if we have to deal with a member who speaks out - gives "feedback", rather, ABUSE - like I said, we're biased. How is that fair? <_< You guys love to abuse us; you just can't see what we do. We keep this forum running smoothly. Who changes your names when you decide you don't like the one you have? Who locks your unwanted threads and deals with people who spam up your RPs or request threads? Who stops people from flaming you all the time? Who has to go through threads full of porn/offensive language manually and remove them so you guys don't have to stumble across them? Who has to teach newbies and n00bs how to behave appropriately? Who has to put up with dumb PMs all of the time? WE DO. And yet you guys would rather blame us for your problems than see how we solve them. You guys rarely have anything nice to say to us when we do well, but you have plenty of negative crap to say to us! I'm darn well SICK OF IT! <_<

Well, those are his opinions, he also stated before that was biased in that post. I can't see how exactly he's flamming...he's just giving his opinion about the staff, which the staff may not agree with...but then again, it's not directed at me so I can't critique how to respond to his post x.x

Kylie! What is on this thread is NOT PC's opinion of staff in a whole! I don't like abusing staff, and I'm sure that a lot of other members can agree with me on this...you can tell people love staff because they come back to this forum and post and are active...for three years too! Kylie, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say at least...not everyone's going to agree with you, but that doesn't mean we don't like what you're doing for PC.

Look, I'm too bloody tired to bother with this anymore. Dakota was right though, when he said you'd just throw out insults. I mean, that was aimed at me, and it certainly looked like you were taking out your problems on me, which could also count as you attacking members.
This isn't me going out because I can't think of anything else to say. It just means I can't be bothered with your opinions and reasons anymore.
But that doesn't mean I won't come back to defend myself if you people have to stab at me again.

In most cases, yes, when a person gives an opinion about something, it's just that, an opinion, not this time though. He wants the staff to change, then he better be ready to back up his reasonings with examples. The examples that he gave were of the former staff feedback threads being closed. I've already said time and again why they were closed. I could say his banning wasn't called for, but if you want examples as to why you were banned, well no, a lot of it had to do with what you did as a Praetor so I won't be going into it. If you want other reasons, sure, you were flamebating with another member at the time. You claim your little rule break never happened, I deleted those posts for a reason. You know what you posted, so do the staff. I'm not getting into that again. Your warnings kept building, even as a Praetor you ignored them. Yes, your warnings DO carry over from staff to normal member, you're not exempt from the rules because of your time as a staff member. If you want to get further, that whole man land thing had a lot to do with it. What's the age of an average poster? 10? 11? Yeah, you say other members didn't get anything, but I had to warn other members over that whole thing. You were a Praetor and you were expected to behave on a higher standard, you even made another mod think it was okay to spam from the stuff you posted. So yeah, it does have a negative effect on the stuff you do. Before members go saying 'oh well he's a mod, he should know better' how does it look when a Praetor does it? It was innuendo.

If you want the staff to change, give examples, you have your reasons, but you need examples. This is one of the times when you do need to back your opinions up because you know as well as I do that this thread hasn't gone anywhere productive.
