I am excited about getting the color version done (I hope it looks good.)
 
Sorry for the double post...usually I have more replies than this in between pics O_O. Oh well, cant be helped. Anyway, I done finished the Mewna Pic ^_^ Version: Color!

^_^;; I tried a new technique...I...have never attempted shading before. Im not very experienced as an artist really, so it isnt all that hot...but I did try. (sometimes I look at the art from some of our resident artists and feel like mine are scribbles. lol.)

Anyway, I tried shading for the first time ^_^;;. Hope you all like it!

Feedback welcome as usual, as are questons on any techniques or whatever (not that I expect any, lol :P)

Lmao I would have never imagined mew as a sort of human!! it looks scary though but totally cool XD it reminds me of Sophitia of soul Calibur XD

Those are awesome tutorials, Soph! :) I know how much those tutorials'll help people wanting to improve their art! ^_^ That Mewna pic is really nice! :D For your first time at shading, that's excellent!
 
Pic is good like that others. I realy like the coloring effects you put in the pic and your other pics.
 
oh my goodness Soph! you've skyrocketed from the last time i saw you! you've gotten so much better! see??? practice makes perfect! and you seem beyound perfect! your picture is amazing!! you should do one of you and Arcy at battle side by side ^_^

Hm...the dress flow is pretty realistic ^^ But Mew looks a little odd with 2 colour eyes, or is this the case with Yuna, I dunno.
You are really good at drawing Pokemon with clothes on XD

Thank you ^_^. You know I dont know if its so much an improvment as it is me just finding a style of art im really comfortable with. I wasnt sure how it would go, making pokemon humanoid and stuff, but its something I can do with more ease than the pics I used to do, though it takes longer. I love it. And yes that will be the next one I do probably, or one coming soon, those two fighting side by side...I already been planning that pic ;).

Yes, Yuna has two-cloured eyes. Thats why I drew it, though it took a while and she STILL looks slightly cross eyed >_> two color eyes are hard!!

Its odd really, never thought I would be drawing them with clothes on XD. Its fun though, but hard at times because I have to also change their bodies, like mew's arms made longer and stuff.

Notice!!!


This is something for all visitors/posters in my thread to read. I always
feel a need to inform the people who so kindly give me feedback on my art of
occurrences that will affect my pic posting.
I am currently in the final week of my school life. This week, I have
several exams and several major and very difficult assignments to complete.
All of them must be in by Friday this week or I don't graduate. If I don't
graduate, I must repeat grade 12, you get the picture, right? It's really
tough and very stressful.

Therefore, my work on pics and my posting of pics is officially on hold for
a week or two. This week I am completely overwhelmed with assignments and
have NO TIME WHATSOEVER for pics in any way, shape or form. Next week, I
have to come back for one more exam and also for Graduation, so that makes
it two weeks until I leave school totally but officially, this is my last
week. So this week there will be no pics. None. Nil. Sorry -_-. I have a
some partially-done pics on my computer and believe me; I HATE putting them
on hold, once I start a pic I always want to finish it ASAP, but my current
works have to stay unopened on the computer until I am through all my work.
On a lighter note, I have several more guides planned that I will be making
and posting one by one once school is done and over with. I will be creating
guides on how to do some more effects that I use, for instance making
realistic Flames in a picture. Also, if any of you are interested, I'll do
up a few guides on how I did some of my own personal work, IE the process I
used to create Mewna, the pics I used to guide me, etc, etc. But I will only
do those ones if people are actually interested in reading them, so if
anyone here would like to see guides/whatever they should be called on how I
created some of my own personal work, either PM me or post that yes, you
want to see them, and if I get one or more requests to see them I will
definitely do them. I just don't want to bore anyone, you know? And it would
feel like bragging if I did it without anyone wanting to see them. So speak
up if you want them made and posted!

Just remember, I wont be posting pics, guides, whatever for about a week or
two. Once that is up though, I'm on holiday (aside from job-searching) and
will have a lot more time to work on pictures and guides.
Finally, if anyone has any ideas for Final Fantasy/Pokemon crossover pics I
can do, please post them. I will hint on my current project; I'm doing my
version of Chocobo's: A Dodrio in FF armour (I will design it)! With one of
my FF/Pokemon characters riding it. That should be the next pic you expect,
as well as one of Mewna and Andy fighting side by side, though I warn you
that one is going to take me a very long time, its tough! Any ideas that any
of you have are more than welcome. I file ideas to work on later so I love
inspiration if you can give it. And, if there is anything any of you would
like to see, for instance the original pics I started doing from the art
thread that was once on the Old PC, or any particular guide you want me to
make, let me know, PM or post, okay? I will note it down and file it with my
ideas and stuff and do it when I can. Thanks to those of you who took the
time to read this and anyone who replies!

I think people would find a guide on realistic flames/special effects really useful, Soph! :) That's something people can use in a lot of different pictures. ^_^ If you love doing requests, I say go for it! The only thing you have to make sure of is that you have enough time on your hands to do them - I often run into that problem after a while. >_<

Hmm...I dunno if I would have the time to handle requests O_O. I might wiat until school is done with and I have a job and stuff and know what time I will have to use before I take any requests.

Just so you all know, Coming Soon is the pic of Andy and Mewna fighting Side By Side, as is the guide I promised on how I do my pics, right from the sketches to the finished work ;). Guide will be posted in 2-parts. First part Coming VERY Soon!

Just ask Forest Grovyle ;) who got to be my early critic :P, and FG, no showing anyone yet!
