I've been wondering over the past few days, what do all of you guys think of PC over the years? The generation of members have come and go, some of us who still stick around now. Even the drama has changed by a lot.

So I was just wondering what do you think of PC atm? And what do you think it had before that made it exciting, and isn't now? D:

For those who are new, what do you think could make this forum more interesting?

    Be serious pl0x. n_n

I liked the old PC better.

If only we could make it 2007 again...

    I detect sarcasm !

Yeah, it definitely has changed a lot (especially from '07/bad to now). I think it's alright. I guess I'm a bit sad at the lack of activity that's in S&M, and I know I shouldn't complain since I contribute to that lack of posting...I guess I feel it's a lost cause in some cases.

However, I think it's improved a bit. More stringent standards are around keeping things in balance, so I'm happy with most the changes. I miss some old members though...

    /always thinks about this

We always wish we could have back what we once had. No sense in worrying about it - make right now something you will expect to want again in the future.

I like PC how it is now. Every "group" of veterans always goes "I wish PC could go back to how it was in 200x". :( Just replace x with whatever year they joined (or the year after, usually).

Honestly, I've loved PC ever since 2002 but I think overall I find it more enjoyable this year or last year. Less drama (for me) and I'm not as hopelessly obsessed so it doesn't take over my life anymore. :P

well idk how it was past 2010 XD I think it is pretty cool right now, best pokemon forum around and has great staff and members. I think every section here is kept in great condition. I just want more active members that's all n____n

    Fabio keeps Ninjaring me!

I don't think it's PC itself as a forum I miss, I just miss the fun I had with all my friends posting a ton in member fan clubs and pming and all that. Now that we're a lot more inactive on here, it just makes me miss the times we were all posting, not something about PC itself since it hasn't changed that much imo.

idk if that made sense but I tried ha ;x

i totally agree with you lol :(
Tbh, I think MSN has taken away the fun of VMs/PMs as well. But there's nothing really anyone could do about that lol

I like PC as it is now, but I am nostalgic over 2008 more than anything. That's when I made most of my friends.

    THIS!

Something about this place feels less together. Like, instead of one big family it's separated and chopped up with, like, four different groups. XD

I don't miss the days before I was on staff, honestly. I didn't have that many friends. I made better friends after I made staff tbh. 2009 and 2010 were great. 2011...is shaping nicer than I thought it would.

Agreeing with Syd about the staff thing. I did really really stupid things a few months before becoming staff, I do not wish to go back to any of that. So yeah I guess I could say PC improved since about then and I don't wanna return to the past.

Tbh I avoid thinking of the past of PC, because sure it was "fun", but who I was? no thanks.

Honestly, I preferred 2008!PC and late-2009!PC. A lot of the people I knew both times changed for the worse within months, but I had a lot of fun with them before they changed. Quite a few of them became staff too (some of them are ex-staff now), but I won't name anyone.

PC's okay now, I guess, but I really miss the PC of 2008. That's when I met all my friends.

I miss all the member fan clubs too! I remember posting like crazy in all my friends' and having my own and... oh my god, nostalgia attack!

As much as I could say "I miss PC from 2kX" I don't regret anything. I've met several worthy friends here that make up for the facepalm and drama.

Also, I have fun clowning and making people facepalm
