    So, I have a question. Does anyone remember how the pokémon would follow the player in HGSS. Now, say I wanted to replicate this, but only for a pokémon that is your starter. And let's also say that I want to add a feature that would not allow this pokémon to be boxed or released. Would it be possible to do this? And if so, how?
     
    Try implementing Rayd-14's following script and mess around with it from there. Try asking there for help. As for not being able to store or release the Pokemon, I would have no idea how to get around that.
