Spinning tile things?

I would have a better title. but I have no idea what these things are called.

I've looked in the default Pokémon Essentials and couldn't find these, so could anyone tell me how to make them work?

That does help, but it's still not as efficient as it probably could be. Also, that doesn't have the stop tiles.

To take BadSamaritan's example a step further, couldn't you put in a global switch(yeah, the road to hell is paved with globals) of isSpinning, repeating the move pattern, and terminating the spinning when you land on an "end" tile or bump into a wall.
