I'm using two Water types there, Slowking and a DD Jolly Croconaw. They're pretty awesome. <3

I wouldn't make a team of all Water-types as you could run into serious trouble facing Electric and Grass-types.

I'm still having trouble beating whitney D:

She was annoying. Fifth time I beat her blasted Miltank. All my pokemon are Males, so I kept getting attracted. It was so frustrating!! I have beaten her now, and am in the burnt tower.

I'm using krabby right now. I finally beat her and now I'm off to challange Morty!
Has anyone caught the red gyarados yet?

I believe I may be near. The lake of rage is near Ecruteak?

Whitney is pretty darn easy. I kept using Dragon Dance and 2HKO'd her Miltank with Waterfall using Croconaw. (I bred it and gave it the moves in Platinum) He was male, and I never bothered using my female Bayleef.

I creamed Whitney with a bunch of female Pokemon. The Machop I got from the Dept. Store was female also.

I defeated her Miltank using Machop and Quilava.

 

[Circuit]

Well, morty's down, Red Gyarados caught, now something to do with Team Rocket. It's good to see them again at last.

Does anyone know where to get a water stone..? I think you can't really get one very early on except in the pokeathelon on wed.

There's a Trainer who can give you one, but I don't know who. And you can get one for getting 1st in the Bug Catching Contest, but the stone they give you is random.

I hate the bug catching contests. I always come in second >_<

It all depends on what you catch and if you weaken it or not. If you can catch it full health, you'll have a better shot at getting 1st place. But, that doesn't assure you a Water Stone.

I've been still trying to figure out to make my own Aprijuice. I'm just stocking up on Apricorns for right now.
