5th Gen [Spoiler]Returning Characters (Speculation)

Ugh, I didn't want him returning at all, but now he's champion again? The disappointments just keep piling on.

Hopefully (a) when you battle him his levels will be somewhat reasonable (this better not be one of those fights like in other RPGs that your character is supposed to lose), and (b) once you decimate him in battle, maybe he'll think of giving the title to someone more worthy... and who doesn't look like a villain from a previous spinoff game...

No, apparently Iris is Champion, which I am much, MUCH happier about :)

Maybe he'll have super strong Pokemon and there's really no way of winning, or maybe he borrows someone else's Pokemon! Of course it could be his new team? No idea.
 
idk we can hope that he'll go for weak Pokemon rather than Larvesta to put his team together. :x

It is something new than having some random scientist reviving them.
 
We got our first hint as to what Lenora is doing~

Alder can be battled.

His team is Accelgor Lv. 60, Escavalier Lv. 60, Bouffalant Lv. 60, Conkeldurr Lv. 60, Braviary Lv. 60 & Volcarona Lv. 62

BEAT RESHIRAM!!!

EDIT - Alder's grandson can be fought in Black City. You need to battle your way through to get to him.

That's exciting to hear that the previous protagonist MIGHT be making a return! c:

And Alder has family? That's pretty neat!

I wonder if Cynthia will be back in other spots than JUST the Tournament?
 
Perhaps Cynthia will have something to do with the Lake trio being a Sinnoh legend and all. Or maybe if the Dragon trio appear she'll take a role in that event.

The protagonist returning :D! I hope it's the girl this time if they don't do the opposites thing or you choose seeing how it was Red last time, give the female a chance!
