He didn't have 0.
But thanks for reminding me of the worse Moderator of PC. XD
There was this one Mod called Mild_Altaria. Kwesi asked him on BMGF (another Pokemon forum for you that don't know BMG) if he would join PC and Mod the Pokemon game forums. So he joined, and with in a few hours he was Modded (I welcomed him and he had in his sig "Moderator of the Pokemon Game forums" so I asked about it and he said he was going to Mod there). It really ticked me and other members off, because here was some n00b walking in like he knows PC. And here I am, a member wanting to get Modded in the game forums. He later got Modded at PFUF and SPPF (both Pokemon forums) and left PC. And in the end he left them forums as well (the thing is he just left. Never said he was going to leave or anything like that). And when the new PC came around he got Modded again, and he left again.

So that's the story of the worst Mod of PC. XD

WOW, he sucked as a mod then (by the sounds of things)

I have seen worst my self actually ^_^
