these are beautiful. well done, especially on the capt falcon sprite.

you should probably have L eating a sucker or something. also, the knee that peers out of light's left (our right) is bended way to high. you should lower the knee-bend to match the pose he has. other than that, beautiful!!

Wow, those are amazing, just a few things.

the gardevoir/bellossom looks kinda awkward; its prolly that it looks like the front of the flow/dress thing looks way off to the side, and the leafeon/glaceon looks too much glaceon and not enough leafeon >.o

Yes you can open a tread, but you need more examples of your work.
Also try to mix something, recolour is really simple i think you can do a mix.

Now, the Gardevoir/Bellossom, that I did, was requested to be just like that, by one of the user on GameFAQs. And the glaceon/leafeon was requested like this:
Leafeon's Body, with Glaceon's colors, head and tail.
Leafeon's ears, and leafeon's legs.

But anyways, if it wasn't requested the way I mentioned above, then I would do them properly. Your comment was helpful, I will remember what you said.

Make your file a gif and make the outline transparent. There are a few programs that can do this, like Animation Shop, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop I think, and a few more that I'm prolly unaware of. X_X

It's abit odd really.
Try to put more detail in your work, I mean that doesn't even look like a Pokemon.
Have you tried recoulering or mixing parts of pokemon to make a new one ?
It's really good to learn those basic stuff.

the meaning of a scratch is to make it without using parts of other pokemons. I know it looks bad. It mostly is that i think he just drawed something and fixed the outlines and giving it eyes. He has to work on it's shading too

I dont think I need an explanation for scratching. =)
I gave him some advice to make them better.
