1. Registeel. It lacks STAB moves. All it learns is Metal Claw. I'm laughing about Jirachi learning MM, which kinda hard to imagine(yes, I'm contradicting the fact) . It's better to have Doom Desire stall for it lol.

Draco Meteor for Jirachi? You guys are nuts. It's only for dragons.

2. Registeel. Pure tank. Super-staller-focus-puncher-quake.

3. Of course. Can't post the moves if I don't have one.

Of course. That's why it's best for Jirachi. Provides STAB for unsuspecting switchers(and of course forces both pokemon to switch for Wish and DD effect)

Works like a charm. Although a lot of switching out, or unless there's an Earthquaker. And oh, I've seen that "thread", and yes it can learn DM. Although I've used it up on Latios XP.
