I just use Metagross because he is a sweeper

but Scizor's Bullet Punch is stronger ( thanks to Technician ) . I use Choice Band Scizor to kill stuffs with Bullet Punch

could you find the reason why it can learn Fire Punch, ThunderPunch , Ice Punch ? and most notably , Focus Punch .

Draco Meteor!? I can understand the Meteor part, but not the Draco. Jirachi has nothing to do with Dragon!
