Hello everyone, this is my first stall team in the 6th gen, I am using this team in the OU beta ladder.

    The spiker

    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature
    - Spikes
    - Leech Seed
    - Power Whip
    - Protect

I have decided to use specially defensive Ferrothron in oppose to the set on site, I find specially defensive Ferrothron to be a great spiker, it can take a lot of special hits i.e mega Amp's Focus blast. The evs are simple max hp and max sp.d.

    The healer

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 Def / 200 HP / 56 SAtk
    Bold Nature
    - Soft-Boiled
    - Flamethrower
    - Aromatherapy
    - Safeguard

I know what you're thinking, 56 evs in s.attack... It's just to deal with steels like Scizor better, and also to damage M-Gengar if she is ever trapped by it. Safeguard IS useful, it protects my team from confusion and over statuses like scald. 252 in defesne of course, 200 hp for 701 hp and the rest in sp.a of course.

    The rocker

    Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spd
    Impish Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost
    - Taunt

Another pokemon with strange ev spread, this is the stealth rocker of my team, the omnipresent Skarmory, she is the phazer of my team also. The evs are 252 in hp, 64 in speed to ensure I outspeed other Skarmorys and that tree pokemon.

    The wisher

    Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Bold Nature
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Scald
    - Roar

Vaporeon with her high hp is the one of the best wish passers in OU (Other than Chansey), I was thinking about using a specially defensive set with max hp and sp.d but Vaporeon can't take wild charges from Arcanine or brave birds from Talonflame as well as she should.

    The spinner
    Blastoise-Mega (F) @ Blastoisinite
    Ability: Mega Launcher
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    - Scald
    - Rapid Spin
    - Dark Pulse
    - Aura Sphere
Blastoise-M is the spinner of my team, with her increased bulk she should be able to spin agasint many things, with the mega launcher it gets a STAB from dark pulse and aura sphere which can help to defeat
the ghost types and dent Ferrothron. The evs are max hp for max bulk and max sp.a for max dmaage output.

    The blocker
    Gourgeist-Small (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 4 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SDef
    Impish Nature
    - Leech Seed
    - Pain Split
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Sneak
This is the blocker of my team, this little pumpkin puts much a fight, the evs give her as much defense as she can get to take hits from both sides of the spectrum. Leech seed is for recovery, pain split is also for recovery, will-o is for burn and shadow sneak is for priority.

Ferrothorn should use 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef, as it tends to switch in on a lot of physical threats. Also, pick between either Power Whip and Protect and drop one of them for Gyro Ball or Thunder Wave, the former as a secondary STAB and the latter to act as extra support.

What purpose does the 56 Special Attack EVs serve? Do they achieve notable KOs with Flamethrower? I don't think so. Blissey is too offensively weak anyway, so just use 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef. With your current spread, Blissey may be 2HKOed by special attacks that it should be walling in the first place.

Trevenant uses 80 Speed EVs, which allows it to outspeed 0 Speed Scizor and Vaporeon. That's still not enough to outspeed 0 Speed Skarmory. For Skarmory, just use 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef. Also, Stealth Rock isn't available till Poke Bank.

Small Size Gourgeist should take advantage of its high Speed for a wall to support the team. Your current EV spread is inefficient:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Leech Seed
    -Protect/Pain Split
    -Seed Bomb/Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/72 Def/184 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk

Couple of minor comments on your team:

    1) Your Skarmory is such Taunt bait. It'd be best to give it Brave Bird or even Steel Wing so it'd doesn't get Taunted all day long. It'd be best to drop its own Taunt.

    2) I question the usefulness of Roar on Vaporeon. I think it should use Toxic instead. Toxic is good on stall teams. I use a Vaporeon very simliar to the one you have, and Toxic+Wish+Protect works wonders. Besides, you have Skarmory already to do the entry hazards+Whirlwind thing.

    3) If possible, get a bigger Gourgeist. Bigger ones have more HP, which will be helpful with stalling. Sure, you lose some speed, but you are doing stall and have Shadow Sneak on it, so you don't need Speed.

I'll test out the Ferrothron to see if it works. I have 56 evs to ensure that I can 2HKO Ferrothrons and Scizors, I might use ice beam/thunderbolt/Shadow ball however.

I can't see how useful Treventant would be as it seems to be too slow for my team.

I'll test the spread out, how is pain split good if I have max hp?

Without taunt, I am unable to stop Jellicent (In Pokebank) from burning me, and also top Blissey from healing.

Roar is good when Talonflame come in (She can't deal with banded ones) and then they switch out.

I like the idea of fast burns and seeds. I feel that the super sized one would be a bad thing for my team.

Those are valid points. But is Roar only useful against Talonflame? If you're only using it against that, I hardly call it a good reason to use it. If using it against more than Talonflame, keep it.

Oh, and when Platinum was talking about Trevenant, he was saying that Skarmory outspeeds the most common forms of it without any Speed EVs, so you should put those into something else.

I never even suggested you use Trevenant in the first place. I only said that opposing Trevenant use 80 Speed EVs to outspeed min Speed Scizor and Vaporeon, which isn't enough to outspeed your Skarmory:
    -80 Speed Trevenant: 168
    -0 Speed Skarmory: 176

Just use the EV spread I suggested for Skarmory.
