You can have an Altaria, your favorite Pokemon and, a gift Pokemon, an evil team Pokemon, your least favorite and one without STAB. Good luck :)

As for me, no succes in finding Riolu yet.

While I'm waiting for someone to assign me my presents and coals, I'll go on ahead and give you yours, Detwak. Courtesy of the random integer generator I found. ;D But yeah, I got a pair of three integers that are valued from 1-8 and 1-7 respectively. And I got 3, 2 and 6 for the first range of integers, and 4, 2 and 1 for the second range of integers. From how the presents and coals are listed in the first post, I then got the 3rd, 2nd and 6th present types, as well as the 4th, 2nd and 1st coal types.

tl;dr you get:

Presents:
Legendary with BST under 600
Pokémon who can learn your favorite move
Gift Pokémon
Coals:
Pokémon you must give no STAB moves to
NFE Pokémon
Least favorite non-legendary Pokémon

And done. Now I'll just have to wait for mine to arrive. :P

Update once again :)

I battled the trainers on the way to vermilion city (sadly not much challenge there)
Noel grew to level 25 along the way :)
I visited the pokemon fan club (like every fan should) and got the bike voucher
put Bill's S.S. pass to use and mingled with (and beat) all the trainers on the boat
Ran into my rival the Grinch and handily fed him to his pokemon :)
Visited the seasick captain and "rubbed his back" in return he gave me HM01 Cut!!
caught myself an Oddish and named him Cut Slave
to conclude my business in vermilion city I visited the Gym and brought joy and defeat to all the good boys and girls including Lt. Surge
I went to explore Rock Tunnel completely blind just like the first time I played the game
I made it through though with only 2 pokemon was irritating.
Upon arriving in lavender town I thought I might alight upon the Pokemon Center and rested my road weary pokemon.
No time to tackle much though had to be on my way in pursuit of an eevee
I stopped by the celedon mansion and the very nice people there didn't even notice me absconding with the Eevee hidden within.
now just a koffing and a rhyhorn to go for my team along with a thunderstone for my Eevee companion ( I named him Vertex)

This will be an interesting run. I've never used these Pokémon in RSE apart from Shiftry, so yeah.

EDIT: Swapped Dustox with a Beautifly because Fruits (my Wurmple) decided to evolve into a Silcoon instead. XD

Alright, after hours of searching I found a Riolu! Which I then killed in one hit with a critical hit D:

Then, next encounter, ANOTHER RIOLU! Which was male (sorry Sydian :( )After that, 2 MORE Riolu, just in a row! All where male so I kept the first one, grinded it a bit. Now I need to wait for a friend to send me challenge mode...
