5th Gen strange pokemon-TM matchups

You guys know that we have a cheat by which all pokemons can learn all the TMs/HMs. So my question is, according to you, which would be the most strange pokemon-pokemon move combination in gen 5 ?
My personal opinion : patrat learning earthquake.

Simisear knowing Surf.

Aggron being able to Surf is something I will never understand.

For gen 5 pokes though, stuff like Ferrothorn, Crustle, Escavalier, etc being able to learn Aerial Ace like can you actually imagine any of those 'mons doing that move

Gothitelle learning stuff like Rock Slide and some random Fighting-type TMs. They wouldn't get much use due to its stats being special, but it is one that still baffles me today.
