    Alright, I give up... help me?

    I'm playing Crystal right now. I've beaten Morty and I've been everywhere in Jasmines city, but I haven't fought her yet. Because I can't find a SURF HM to get to Cianwood... I've also been to Lake of Rage, but nothing has happened there. And of course I can't get past that city because there's some kind of TR person in the way. Hm. I'm kinda outta ideas xD Care to give me some?

    Do I have to hatch Togepi? Or feed Moomoo with even more berries? [/drowzily brainstorming]
     
    Go to the house in Ecruteak City with the ladies which have the 5 Eevee evolutions, defeat them all and talk to one of the man below, he will give you HM Surf.
     
    Yeah, you have to go to the house with the Kimono girls in it in Ecruteak. They each have one Eevee evolution, so they aren't hard to beat. Beat them and talk to the old man in the audience and he'll compliment you on your performance and give you HM03, Surf.
