Ah Tate & Liza, the bane of any player's existence, in emerald at least.
Most players who choose Blaziken do end up having trouble against them, and it doesn't help that one of your other Pokemon is weak to Psychic.
Here's what I recommend you do. The first thing that you want to do is teach your Gardevoir Shadow Ball, which can be found on Mt. Pyre. The TM, that is.
Then, Gardevoir will be able to deal a significant amount of damage to each of the Gym Leaders' Pokemon, with its high SpAtk stat. It may not be able to resist
many attacks, but it will certainly do damage. The next thing I suggest you do is capture a Corphish, via fishing in Petalburg City, and evolve it into a Crawdaunt.
The moveset you give it is up to you, but I highly recommend that you give it Crabhammer, for a high crit ratio and STAB damage, and taunt, to prevent Light Screen
and Calm Mind. Crawdaunt's Crabhammer is super effective against 3 of the Gym Leaders' Pokemon and its secondary Dark Type resists Psychic. Finally, I suggest that you raise
Gardevoir, Mightyena, Breloom, and Crawdaunt (if you choose to follow my advice and raise one) to Lv. 40, so you can be on par with the leaders levels. I hope this was of help
to you and good luck in your gym battle.

here's a good thing in pokemon emerald.

To train your pokemon go to mauville city and talk to the trainer you already beated they will most likely want to figth again.

Uhm Shadow ball is a Physical attack in Gen III, so I wouldn't give it to Gardevoir.
Why don't you just catch a Spheal north of Mossdeep? They're very bulky, and can dish out lots of damage. just ttrain it west of mauville ( the triners there are almost always in for a rematch) and you'll be fine.

I just noticed this thread because I've just this minute defeated them

    my team is

    Altaria
    Gardevour
    Pelipper
    Swellow

Shadow ball physical? I think not. Why does my Gardevoir deal lots of damage to Tate and Liza's Pokémon with Shadow Ball then?

You should've taught Breloom Mach Punch. It'll be a tad helpful if you do. If you have a Heart Scale, go back to the move teacher thing and teach it Mach Punch. And yeah, level Mightyena and Gardevoir to 40 because if you don't, you'll get pwned.

All ghost moves were physical in Gen I,II and III.

Despite Ghost-type moves running off the Pokémon's Attack prior to Generation IV, Shadow Ball has always lowered Special Defense.

ive taught Gardevoir shadowball already O_O
Tried to catch a Corphish - EPIC FAIL!!!
    Leveled Up a bit.
    Gardevoir - Lv. 37
    Mightyena - Lv. 29
    only level ups O_O
/is about to go on Pokemon Emerald - to capture Spheal and Level up.
Thanks Guys, any more ideas? xx

Train the Spheal to evolve into Walrein (level 44, give it Exp Share and have patience), Surf Surf Surf, have Hyper Potions. Rinse and repeat, no pun intended.

yup if i where you i would ditch swablu and anorith there both good but hard to train so i suggest you finish the game first then you train them.

Replace swablu with : skarmory and anorith with: glalie would be good

Wait, is Corphish an epic fail, or did you fail to catch it? If you use a super rod and go to one of the ponds in Petalburg, you have an 100% chance of getting one and 90 SpAtk is still nothing to laugh at. Anyhow, I apologize about suggesting Shadow Ball, my memory is a bit foggy on as to what is physical and what is special, pre-gen IV. You'd think that Ghost would be special, considering ghosts can't touch you >_>. As D_A said, you can always raise Wobbuffet, who trolls T+L extremely hard by spamming mirror coat, but training one isn't too fun, even with an exp share.

I would suggest catching a Wailmer with the super Rod on Mossdeep, You should find some that are pretty high leveled. If you don't evolve it until level 41 it should learn wter spout which is deadly. Give Gardevoir Thunderbolt over shock wave so Xatu will be easier.
