I apologize... I was originally was just going to get my character into her home... but then I figured I might as well get to the school....

No need to. c; The long posts were alright - they were actually quite fun to read. You have a very interesting character. Long posts with an interesting character are fine. However, there's nothing worse than long posts with a boring character lol.

Oh, Ducklighter, can I create another character? A civilian this time. ^^ Just someone else to make the RP more interesting, open some doors to plotting, and to give me someone else to write about while Lira is occupied.

Appearance: Cole has a tall and lanky frame that he always keeps in a slouch, whether he's sitting, standing or in motion. He has messy dark brown hair and matching dark brown eyes - eyes that glower at the world in a both dangerous and mocking manner. Most of the time, he wears a sarcastic and unfriendly sneer on his face, regarding the world with coldness and dislike. When he's not sneering, he's either scowling or sulking. Most of the time, he's seen with his hands shoved in his pockets (or else those hands are doing some sort of mischief) and his shoulders hunched in what's typically thought of as 'bad posture'. He's usually wearing a dark-toned quicksilver t-shirt, leather-brown skate-board shoes (typically with at least one shoe's laces undone and trailing) and baggy jeans or cargo pants. Though it's usually carefully concealed in his shirt, he also wears a medallion around his neck hung on a black string. The medallion is bronze and depicts two dragons facing each other. Though he's on the skinny side, Cole's body is surprisingly tough, as he can get into all sorts of trouble, from scaling walls, buildings trees to slipping into tight spaces. Despite this, he isn't very athletic and isn't one who enjoys sports. He is a fast sprinter, but he can only maintain his speed for short periods of time that leave him tired and breathless.

Personality: Cole bears the demeanor of someone who is angry at the world. And he is. After living a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect, he grew into a brutal, harsh and cruel person. Cole is cared for by and cares for nothing. At times, his treatment to other living things borders sadistic. He's utterly merciless, and enjoys tormenting small pokemon. He acts like a dog that has been whipped too many times by his master, and at last turned and lashed out in return to the world that had treated him so badly. Cole lacks moral and has a fierce and unforgiving temper. He is a snarky, sarcastic, inconsiderate and mean person, and will often deliver stinging comments or hurt others because it brings him the feeling of power. He's a typical bully, in short. More besides, he's an excellent liar and not only deceiving, but manipulative. He has a strange way of looking into someone's soul and then working from there, slowly using words and actions to eat away at the other person's heart. He seeks by all means to cause trouble where he can.

However, at times, Cole can have clashing thoughts, feelings and morals. His cold, aloof and mean outside conceals all the hurt and loneliness he feels inside. However, Cole has long since passed the time when he would accept help if it was offered. Now he has turned his back on the world and has dedicated himself to making everything worse, stealing things from other people, teasing and bullying them, and hurting them in any way he can. More besides, he's angry, angry at the world, angry at everything. His anger roots from his harsh past, but he throws his misplaced anger out at the world without reservation. His anger often causes him to be destructive of other people, and properties of others. Cole is also hateful and constantly emits a sense of loathing for everyone and everything around him. He acts rather anti-social, retreating or running off when approached or with other people, and isolating himself for long periods in which his hate and bitterness eats away at him.

History: Cole has lived a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect. His mother was an alcoholic and his father was more or less insane, and often abused him both physically and emotionally. This continued until he was 12, and it utterly broke his spirit. Once the authorities discovered his plight, they removed him from his parents and he was brought to live with experienced foster parents in Jublife City who were supposed to try and rehabilitate him. For the first year, Cole appeared to have adopted a more docile state, though deep within, his anger, hurt, hate and bitterness still remained. He always felt as though his foster parents didn't really understand him, and that no one in his life ever understood him. Therefore, after that year, when his foster parents began to cut him some slack and give him some more freedom, he began to cause trouble. Then one of his foster grandparents became in need of Cole's foster parent's assistance, and so they left him in the care of an old (and more or less helpless) care-taker woman that Cole despised.

When this happened, he dropped out of school and started spending most of his days roaming the cities, causing havoc where he could. Now he wanders around numerous cities with his Chimchar, a pokemon given to him by his foster parents, and Staravia, a pokemon he caught himself.

Nickname: Snarky
Personality: Mischievous and fun-loving, Snarky has come to think (with Cole's encouragement) that all the trouble they cause is simply a game. Using his manipulative abilities, Cole convinced his pokemon that they were only going to be having a little fun, and that everything he did was just a game. Now Snarky believes things like tormenting others, particularly smaller creatures, is something amusing and causing all sorts of mischief is simply a game. The little pokemon is oblivious and ignorant to what pain it might be causing due to Cole's meddling. He is very cheery and innocent.

Species: Staravia
Nickname: Hexa
Personality: Unlike the innocent and fun-loving Snarky, Hexa is as cold at heart as her owner. A tricky, deceptive thief, she has an aversion to shiny objects and other pretty things. Hexa is also remorselessly mean and thoroughly a nasty pokemon. She finds hurting, causing trouble for, teasing and stealing from others as an almost pleasurable sport.

Moveset: Wing attack, Tackle, Quick attack, Thief.

Appearance:
Garen is somewhat a tall man standing at a height of 5 feet and 11 inches high and he weighed roughly 196 pounds. His light brown body is an average form with no excessive fat or lack of muscles. In regards to his muscles, they aren't overly large, but rather, Garen has developed them into a smaller but stronger size as to keep a fitting image for himself. The jet black hair of his is cut into a well blended layer, and his short forehead length bangs hangs just above his eyes in a wave form to the right of them. His dark brown eyes are inherited from his mother and his slanted eye form is from his father. On Garen's face, a blank expression is usually carried, but he tries to better appeal to the general populace with smiling although playful jokes can be made of his frustrated attempts.

Garen is rarely found without his Cafe Master's attire consisting of a white, buttoned, long sleeved dress shirt with an ebony vest over it and a bow-tie of different assortments each day, along with black slacks firmly suspended with a black leather belt, a pair of white ankle high socks, and a pair of brown loafers. A silver wristwatch is worn on his left wrist and the silver chain of a pocket watch can be seen looping just below his right pocket before entering that very same pocket. Around his neck is yet another silver accessory in the form of a necklace that holds three distinct circular objects any pokemon trainer could identify, pokeballs dear to him.

Personality:
Garen has always been hiding his emotions from people for reasons he can't comprehend ever since he was a child, however, his pokemon has helped him to open up to others over the years as they helped show him the way to many great emotions that can be enjoyed by many people. (Sounds pretty dirty here to me now that I've read it. xD) Garen is easily drawn in to others' conversations, usually as a listener, and isn't afraid to voice a tip or two when he feels like doing so. His laid back personality usually makes people feel at ease and most find it odd in a man as young as he is. He has a high sense of friendship and family and is willing to aid those he sees fit to do so.

Most of the time, Garen may look as though he isn't enjoying his life in his cafe, in truth, he finds the bustling life somewhat similar to his past adventures and is constantly reminded of it and the joyous days. Garen is constantly thinking to himself, and many times, people have caught him in his silent moment as they try to ask for his assistance giving way to his nickname of the "Airheaded Master" of Sky Line Cafe. Not one person has seen Garen angry because he is able to control it so well, and if he was ever near that point, Ester would intervene since her strong bond with Garen is able to alert her of such strong emotions, whether it be good or bad. His bond with his pokemon is extremely close as such, they unknowingly compete for his attention, although Garen holds them all in high regards. Each of his pokemon offer him different synchronous personalities, from Nue's clumsiness rubbing off on him to Ester's overly protective nature of taking care of others, and even Terris' laziness at times.

History:
Garen was born in Celedon City and came from a middle-class family. Garen was a quiet baby and this surprised his parents greatly because they anticipated that their newborn would cry much more. Nevertheless, they loved their child with all they had and watched him grow over the years.

Being good friends with Gym Leader Erika, whenever they visited the renown and graceful pokemon trainer, they would bring the young Garen as well to show him the many beauties of the world. Garen's first encounter with pokemon was at the very gym where he stumbled upon Erika's Gloom when his parent's had came over to visit Erika. Garen was wide eyed and awed by the plant pokemon when he first saw it. He crouched down and stared at Gloom for a while until he eventually tipped over from the lack of blood circulation. Garen quickly smiled as he rubbed the back of his head and watched the smiling Gloom who seemed to had enjoyed watching the awkward boy. There started his love for pokemon.

At the age of 10, Garen's parents were able to enroll him into PUT Academy with the help of Erika. Garen was rather disturbed because he had never asked for much from his parent's let alone attending a boarding school which costed how much he didn't know. Despite his view of what they sacrificed for him, his parents urged him to attend and for him to not worry about trivial matters. Garen could do nothing but nod to his parents before his mother had embraced him. On the day he was to leave for PUT Academy, Garen took upon the last few moments of his parents before they would parted for the many years to come. His father gave him a parting gift in the form of a circular object that had red on the upper side and white on the lower side... a pokeball! Garen could say nothing only to have his father pat his head. Garen's mother once more embraced her son and whispered into his ears before she ushered him onto the boat, which would take him to the academy, that was anchored at Vermillion City. Garen waved to his parents as the boat set off and as he turned his back to his parents, tears fell from his eyes.

(Here's a small IC part. Dunno how but this managed to edge it's way into the History. xD )
"'We did it because we love you.' huh..." Garen whispered to himself as he smiled before drying his tears with his shirt sleeve. Garen enlarged the pokeball he had received from his father and let out the pokemon stored within. It was small with a turquoise color for its head and an orange horn on the front and back of it's head, and a white body with a light blend of purple into the coloration. The small pokemon yawned as it looked up to the person standing before it. It stared at Garen before it touched his shin with it's horn. Garen felt a tingle before a small voice resonated in his head.

"Hello master..." the small feminine voice whispered telepathically. "I am Ralts." Garen was taken aback but he crouched down to Ralts' level.

"Ralts huh..." Garen looked at it for a moment. "Can I call you... hm... let's see... Ester?" The small Ralts blushed lightly and nodded. Garen patted Ester's head and smiled as he picked up the small pokemon and held her in his arm. He gazed off into the distance with Ester by his side as his journey now began.

Over the years in PUT Academy, Garen learned as much as the school had to offer him and more, and eventually, he graduated from the prestigious school. Upon graduation, Garen decided to set off on yet another journey to further his knowledge of pokemon. He traveled to many of the different continents including Johto, Hoenn and even back to Kanto. He met many people and many had met him. The journey also led him to meet the many gym leaders about the world and the challenges he had to face with them. Before Garen knew it, he eventually came back to Crown City as a local resident and was doing something he would never had imagined... being the shop owner of a cafe. The cafe was named the "Sky Line Cafe" out of a lack of a creative name.

Personality: The quiet and mature one of the trio and Garen's first pokemon, Ester dutifully does her job as a hostess around the shop and with extreme ease because of her teleportation skills. She is like the older sister watching over her family members and even occasionally scolding them (Nue of course) for their mishaps and what not. Being in the company of her master is more than she can ask for, however, as of late, Nue has been clinging, albeit because of her childishness, more frequently to the master and this bothers Ester greatly though she would never confess the such.

Personality: The cheerful and childlike Nue is really what gives the shop it's liveliness. Nue doesn't seek the attention, but her clumsiness gets the better of her and naturally draws attention from all who behold her. She tends to cling to Garen like a child would, or rather, a younger sister wanting head pats, candy, and even encouraging him to accompany her while she is sent on errands, though Garen would never do such a thing, except when the shop isn't busy. Oblivious to Nue is Ester's rivalry of attracting their master's attention.

Terris is Garen's delivery truck for supplies and the such as he trusts her speed to get things as quickly as possible, which is probably why Terris is only serious while doing her delivery work so as to not misplace his trust of her abilities. Terris can also be seen around the shop, or rather, lazing around since Ester does most of the work anyways leaving Terris with time to spare (to do nothing of course). Terris loves watching the everyday commotion around the cafe, with Nue and Ester's competition at the top of her list.

Appearance: She is a white girl with long curly red/orange hair. She wears white shorts, and a pink shirt with white, purple, light blue, and red flowers on it, with a pearl beaded necklace and a mint green small headband. She has green eyes and pink, buckle shoes.

Personality: She is very kind to anyone she meets. She is optimistic very often, but can sometimes worry. She loves to make friends and meet new people. The only time she gets mad and worried is when something that is threatening to her friends happens. She loves pokemon and children and she loves to encourage people.

History: When Alice was little, her grandfather died. She was very disapointed after that happened. But she would comfort her grandmother every time Alice vistited her grandmother. And her grandmother then gave her a special pearl necklace which she still treasures today.

Appearance: Adam is 5'2" with black hair and brown eyes. He wears square framed gasses and has a beanie on top of his head. Adam wears a plain white t-shirt, jeans, and a pair of vanz. He has full lips and he is tanner than the average person. Adam carries a laptop with him that he often uses to surf the internet.

Personality: Adam doesn't want to make close bonds with people even though he manages to make them no matter how long it takes. He is afraid of being left behind and abandoned, not necessarily being afraid of being alone. This developed from moving family to family because of Foster Care. He's very quiet and usually doesn't talk to strangers or people he may just meet. Eventually he'll open up, but that would take a lot of time. If he does get close to people and begins to talk he is very awkward. He can't carry a conversation and he can't even start one, so he rather stand on the sidelines and listens.

Adam spends a lot of his time either spending time with his Pokemon or surf the internet on his laptop that he carries often. His laptop gives him comfort and opts to carry it around almost everywhere he goes. He basically has no life other than spending time with his Pokemon because most of the time when he isn't spending time with them his eyes are glued to the laptop screen. He isn't a genius, but he isn't stupid either. He works hard for the knowledge he gains and keeps tucked away in his brain.

Adam finds himself somewhat of a freak. In most of the regions, homosexuality isn't that well excepted in the public. And in most regions, same sex marriages are illegal. Hey may accept that he is a homosexual, but he won't let anyone else find out. (He has came out to his parents.) He believes that he'll be romantically alone for the rest of his life and he may say that he doesn't mind, but he does care.

He has a great imagination and with the use of his imagination he is able to use utilize many attacks in a different way after thinking for a while.

History: He was born in a house with loving parents in Rustboro City. For years he was a happy child and what people called a social butterfly. It wasn't until his parents died in a house fire that things began to change. Adam moved from family to family through foster care. He thought it was nice at first, living in homes in every part of the Hoenn region.However as timed passed his opinion changed.

Many of the families that Adam was housed in left him behind and soon he developed a fear of being abandoned. He began to close himself off from others. He began to talk less and soon he became afraid of getting close to other people. The only constant in his life was a Wurmple, that he named Amy, and because of her he didn't completely shut himself out from Pokemon. Amy had followed him around all the time, no matter how far he was and soon he began taking her with him.

When he was ten he landed himself back in Rustboro City with the Snyder family. The Snyders lived on a farm near the city. If he was younger, he would have jumped for joy, but Adam didn't expect much from this family. It surprised him, but he found himself opening up to all of them. His many adoptive uncles, cousins, parents, and he even grew close to Faith, a Girafarig that was living on the farm. Even if he began talking, the family couldn't get him to improve his social skills even if they got him to talk more to them. They tried to pull him off his laptop that they bought for him, but his eyes were usually glued to it and even if they did managed to pull him off he would just carry it around. The laptop became his security blanket of sorts and soon the family left him alone for carrying the laptop to almost where ever he went.

He had no idea what he wanted to do with is life until he saw a Pokemon battle on T.V. It was a battle between Steven, and some really uninteresting trainer. He had heard about Pokemon battling for a while, but he never felt the urge to indulge in it until he saw Steven on T.V. When he got the chance to sign up for the academy in Sinnoh, he did. (He was wait-listed though)

Personality: Yukiko is a peaceful and very helpful. He is also extremely lazy and hates doing any work. The only work he does with glee is anything that has to do with his pokemon. He is highly intelligent but do to his laziness it is hardly noticed. He is also a good strategist. He used to big a huge troublemaker in his past but due to certain events he changed. He still is quite defiant, though.

Yukiko is also a very loyal and caring person. He can be a flirt. He has deep passion for pokemon and want to at least see them all. He doesn't believe in carrying his pokemon in their balls unless he truly has to.


History: Yukiko was born in Black City, Unova by a single hardworking mother. Due to his mother working through most of the day and night Yukiko had a lot of free time to roam. Because of this he continuously got into trouble with the law and grew to hate confinement . This then created his hatred for having his pokemon in pokeballs.

All the trouble he caused soon cause him to grow up lonely wit out many friends. Only friends he had were wild pokemon on the outskirts of Black City. One day though his life changed drastically, when he was jumped by a bunch of neighborhood kids with one cutting him under his eye. He thought he was a goner when a older homeless man came to save him.

Since that day Yukiko grew a bond with the man who then taught him how to be peaceful and kind. As months with by, Yukiko and the man grew to have a father and son like bond. Until around his 18th birthday the old man got very sick and died. His last wish (along with Yukiko's mom) was for Yukiko to go to the new academy they been reading about and become the trainer he always wanted to be. So a year later, Yukiko pushed his laziness aside and headed of to the academy. Due to being to late for registration, he got a little apartment around the academy where he just home studies.
