If emerald will use Project Epsilon (but needs fixing) (many fixes)

hey can we try an emerald rom and we will use the Kyledove Tiles and we'll just edit the OW...
we've used Kyledove's tiles on our previous hack and the result came out good..

It's better if we use Ruby, since it's more stable... Nice story BTW, but I don't think Lugia as a starter isn't a good idea... Just my opinion though...

well the ruby version is working for me.... and i think its not really logical for a lengendary to be a starter.. especially lugia, hmmm wat about some extinct pokemon which the professor just resurrected from a fossil?

The sprite's base is from Sinnoh/PD... She's originally Champion Cynthia (I think)...

Yes, it's Cynthia from D/P just and edited pallett.

Nice story too, but Lugia is at level 5 right? You could make like a young baby sprite of Lugia and have it evolve around lv. 40+

a baby lugia is good but legendary starters are unfair...
