    Suspicious Day Care Lady...

When you go to the Day Care Center to pick up a Pokemon, you have to ask the lady at the counter to go get it for you. She says yes, but why does she look around before going out the door to get your Pokemon? Suspicious... :paranoid:

Maybe she doesn't know where the door is. Maybe she's trying to figure out what's going on. Or maybe she's just crazy.

    What do you think?

OMG! I'm so glad u posted this...lol...I've always wondered the same thing...it does seem a little suspicous to me too...I always thought they had some kind of secret machine in the back of hteir house that we do not know about...LOL

Im sure she is just actinglike a forgetful old woman like "now where is that Palkia?" lol.

or maybe she wants to make sure nobody is around, wonder how they take care of them back there.

I agree. That is what I always thought. Ya know, the pokemon could've wandered inside and she looks before she leaves. If she leaves and one is in there, you pick up and your pokemon and ditch the fee.

Maybe she's part of a secret evil organization that mutates Pokemon into horrible mutilated hybrids... and she wants to make sure there aren't any spies around before she gives you your Pokemon.

I'm just makin' this up as I go along. ^_^

Haha, I've never though of it as suspicious, I just get annoyed that she just doesn't go straight outside.

That is a very good question...

Maybe she is trying to heat up the floor beneath her so she can zoom outside and come back quickly.

I mean, she's old. How else can she take one second to come back?

You know what I wanna know? Why you gotta PAY if you want your Pokemon back. You didn't have to pay when you gave them the Pokemon. And I think the payment is higher the higher your Pokemon's level is, or how long they were there, which is why I never leave my Pokemon at Day Care now.

    Yeah, that's probably why. xD

"Humdiddlyda. Now, where's that wretched Pokemon..."

"Ah, I left it outside, of course!"

    "Get in, you!"

"Okay, here's your Pokemon. Give me teh moneys NOW!"

    :D

Maybe it's suppose to be her looking for your Pokemon in the field behind her house but because your inside the house they can't show you it so they have to do it inside the house.
Honestly, why is it most people don't use logic when answering questions like this?

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! If she is so forgetful then how does she remeber who we are and what pokemon we gave her???

I noticed it but I just thought she was looking round to see where your pokemon was (I know this wouldn't work because they are all outside but I just accepted it)

what about the computor in the house it's one of the few places that isn't a PC that has one (I know its a lot easier than going to the nearest PC each time but what explanation is there for it being there) it seems a bit odd that a place where you leave your pokemon to be looked after has a computor to store them in instead.

    I don't know, I think I agree with coolcatkim22..
In Pokemon, people can only look in 4 directions, so making it look like she is looking for your Pokemon can prove harder than it sounds, but I believe that is what she is doing also.

Your pokemon is a drug dealer, bummer dude thats why she looks around to make sure no undercover police are around to get the mac daddy of drugs (aka your pokemon)

She's a thief. So she looks around to catch spies off guard, then robs you of your money.

So... where'd that Wailord who's bigger than this house go? Hmm... Over there in the corner? No... Under the plant holder? No... Oh, duh, out back...
