First off, save as .PNG. I don't consider them sprites unless they're .PNG. As of right now, they rae jumbled pixels. Jumbled pixels that are just copy+paste, as previously stated. C+Ping is a huge nono. Like, a HUGE ONE.
Secondly, your sprites don't blend. They just don't, you have a body going sideways, and a huge head facing forward. If you're using a sideways facing sprite, use a sideways facing head!
Now, I can't see much of the colors because the .JPEG is burning my eyes off but from what I can guess at you used Pain default colors. Unless you are one of those strangely amazing spriters who can do Pixel Art with only those colors (You aren't, in case you were wondering), don't use them. NEVER use them. Not once. Te Paint default colors are the ones in the bar at the bottom.
Instead use the eyedropper tool. If you use it, and click on one of the colors from an existing Pokemon, you can use that color.
Please, for your sake, read some tutorials on basic recoloring, and then basic fusions, and then scratching, and so on and so forth.
