I don't know why my teams aren't getting posted...regardless, here I go, trying again ;o

This team is 2-1 so far (got owned by a flailDos...doh >.<)

    Garchomp @ Yache Berry
    Sand Veil
Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack) - Should I change to Jolly?
    EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6 HP
    -Swords Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge

My lead, standard Chompy. Usually, I don't have any problems with leading off with this, as it's a very peculiar lead (most lead with Gyarados)

    Tyranitar @ Life Orb
    Sand Stream
    Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
    EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6 HP
    -Dragon Dance
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Earthquake

Standard DDTar. He's mostly useful for FS users, SubPunchers and SubSalacs.

    Gyarados @ Life Orb
    Intimidate
    Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
    EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge
    -Bite

Standard DDos. Bite takes many people by suprise, as most people switch into Gengars with Thunderbolt, see DD, and think I'll switch, but I end up munching them to death. =D

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Pressure
    Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
    EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6 HP
    -Ice Shard
    -Night Slash
    -Pursuit
    -Brick Break

Standard CBVile set. Pursuit to deal with people who like to run.

    Electivire @ Choice Specs
    Motor Drive
    Naive (+Speed, -Special Defense) (liekomgnotadamant)
    EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 Attack
    -Cross Chop
    -Thunderbolt
    -Flamethrower
    -Hidden Power (Ice)

Chop kills Blisseys, Tbolt for STAB and Dos killing, Flamethrower for that suprise factor, and HPIce to counter counters.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Natural Cure
    Bold (+Defense, -Attack)
    EV's: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Defense
    -Seismic Toss
    -Aromatherapy
    -Thunder Wave
    -Softboiled

Classic Cleric Blissey set. Not much to say that hasn't been said already.

I'm thinking of adding Skarmory or Gengar in somehow, suggestions? (I need a physical wall to switch into, as I have the tendency to be drowned by fighters and Quake abusers.)

Blissey is gonna slow you down alot... CB snorlax works ok as a sub for blissey, and you might want to add salamence to give a 2nd pokemon that will nullify quake and help stop some of them pesky fighters (lucario), cresselia could do the same job as salamence but if you add cresselia, you will have to put it over tyranitar otherwise it will only heal 25%

Garchomp, especially the SD set, cannot lead. It's meant for late game. Consideirng how many Bronzongs are leading, you won't be getting any sweeping done at all.

Lead Chomp is awful...I know I'm blunt, but it's true. Save it for later to destroy then.

Electivire is much better when it can swap between attacks. Consider Life Orb or Expert Belt. Also, since its defense is crap, use Hasty > Naive...at least its sp.def isn't really bad.

Skarmory can give you problems if you lack Vire.

Weavile should always run Jolly with 252atk/216speed/40HP. It doesn't need max speed, although...I guess it's an option if you wanna try your luck with other Weavile.

You mentioned you are ground-weak, as well as Fighting. Gengar would be perfect here since the team is offensive. If you wanted a little more bulk, then Mismagius would work.

You don't need max speed on Weavile. 40 HP/252 Atk/218 Spe lets you survive an Azelf's Flamethrower (barely, thought). You Can use 38 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe to outurn an opposing Weavile and OHKO it with Brick Break. And, please, Jolly nature.
Garchomp should have Fire Fang insted of Stone Edge. Nothing up to now resists Ground/Dragon/Fire all together.
You should remember Life Orb makes you vunarble to your own Sandstorm.
Bold Blissey isn't as good as it was in advance, as now we have special Fighting-type attacks. Use Calm, 252 Def/80 SpA/178 SpD.
