Sylveon & Eeveelutions Collection Box

Another goodie releasing in November that I'm looking forward to. This box set has 9 promo cards, 8 of which are reprints from previous sets. Eevee is reprinted from Plasma Freeze, while the others are reprints from Dark Explorers. I'm slightly put off by this box only including one Fairy type energy card which is needed for Sylveon's attack. Four booster packs are also included, along with an adorable Sylveon figure.

I will be buying this box as soon as I can get my hands on it. I love the Eeveelutions (especially Umbreon!), so this would be a great addition to my ever-growing collection.

What are your thoughts on this set? Will you be getting it?

I am totally getting this now that I know it exists. Honestly, I wish they did this kind of thing for more Pokemon and released more of the collections in English.

I only heard about it on Thursday. I wanted to look it up just to make sure that it was actually a thing. I didn't think that it would be releasing so soon.

Either way, I agree that they should make more sets/boxes like this. They're a great thing to add to collections or even add to decks.

They do already do some "collections" as they label them in English, but I'd like to see more with a full set of alternate art cards like they did with this and the various Pikachu collections, not just an alternate art promo reprint, at least from the standpoint of a collector.

Ahh I'm really excited for this. I intend to buy it as soon as it's out just to get all the super sexy shiny eeveelutions ♥ The only problem I have with this set is that the eeveelutions aren't as good as the ones I currently use (the Plasma evolutions) so it's seeming a bit... "is it worth it?", but I'll buy them for the collection's sake regardless - plus how cute is that Sylveon figure! I'm a little miffed about there only being one Fairy-type energy in the pack but it's not too bad haha.

At least they had the sense to include one! :P and even if they hadn't included one, it still wouldn't have been the worst blunder they've had
