EDIT: It appears that just after I posted this, your attachment changed. Very strange. Anyway, check this one out and I'll change it if you want.

Did you click on the "Insert Picture" button, or the "Link" button? The "Insert Picture" looks like this:

Click this, then put in the address. It may not let you take the image directly from the attachment. You may have to host the image someplace like imageshack.us and use that address. (imageshack is free) Hope it works for you.
