To make it even clearer, there can be a max of 3 bad, 3 good legendaries,and right now, there's one bad (me), and two good. If Elite Finishes his bad legendary SU, then there'll be one more spot on each side (good and bad), but Elite, seriously, make him awfully evil xD (but is smart enough to stay good in front of the others) and remember that Ceberus is his superior! League of Legendaries SU

Name: Victor Star
Species: Victini
Gender: Male
Class: Engineer

Appearance[Legendary]: Victor's wings are white like a shiny Victini's, but everything else is normal color.

Appearance[Human]:
When Victor takes on a human form, he becomes a male that looks around the age of twenty-five. He becomes caucasian(white) stands at about six feet and weighs about one hundred and thirty pounds. His hair becomes short, brown and has red and white highlites. He gets deep blue eyes and retains his two fang-like canine teeth.

His attire includes a red shirt with a black pokeball design on the bottom left of the shirt(bottom left side when you're wearing it, so when you're looking at him it's on the bottom right side), dark blue jeans, black fingerless gloves and he wears a black headset. He wears white and red running shoes and on top of all of this he wears a black cloak(think organization XIII from Kingdom Hearts, just tone it down a little) that is tied with a red sash around his waist.

Appearance[Pokemon]: When taking on a Pokemon appearance, Victor takes on the form of a Ditto. That way, he can transform at will without anyone being suspicious of him.

Personality:
Victor is a very laid back Pokemon, and just loves to have fun. He hardly takes anything seriously, and can get into some trouble sometimes for being a little too mischievious. Before battles, Victor will meditate for a while to increase his focus and battle capabilities. During battle, Victor won't kill anybody, he'll merely knock them out. He doesn't really like to kill anything. He believes that if fought right, a war can be won without anyone needing to die. Sadly, very few share this view with him.

While Victor is as laid back as he is, he is also incredibly smart. He doesn't really know what anybody else is talking about when they call him a genious; it just comes naturally to him. Due to his intelligence, Victor loves to invent, and so takes on the form of an engineer when he becomes a human. Although, he makes sure to tone down the killing powers of the machines so that they only knock out their targets. He also enjoys giving the machines the ability to talk(much like the turrets in Portal).

History:
Victor was born in an ancient castle, before the word ancient was added to its name. Back then Pokemon and people lived in complete and total harmony. Victor would often roam the castle and play with its citizens, often pulling some practical jokes as well. The entire castle loved him; he was what you thought of when you thought of this castle.

One day, the castle and its inhabitants went to war. When they discovered Victor's power of infinite energy that could bring victory to anyone, they asked him to join him. He happily accepted at first, not completely comprehending what war was at the time. When he did find out what war was, and what his powers could help the humans do, he was horrified. He refused to help them any further, and when begging Victor to stay didn't work, the humans resorted to brute force.

The humans captured Victini and forced him to lend his powers to them. However, it wasn't long until Victor escaped and destroyed the battlefield. He wrecked all of the humans weapons and destroyed their fortresses. After that, he fled. He wouldn't be seen by man for another thousand years...

Victor doesn't like speaking of those days anymore. During his thousand year absence, he spent his time traveling the world and just relaxing. At the time of the first war between the humans and Pokemon, he was off in the White Forest of Unova, and was completely oblivious to the fact that there was any war at all going on. By the time the second war came around, he had been relaxing on the beaches of Hoenn. He decided that he would keep an eye on the war, and intervene if necessary.

Others: V-Create is Victor's last resort move. He'll also only use Final Gambit in dire situations.

Well you could say... that we will rarely appear before others in our Legendary Form so it'd be pointless to say that until we actually reveal our forms. Most of our time would be either in Human or Pokemon form except maybe for meetings with other LoL members. I think that's what the idea was... or what I think it was.

Lmao, because removing pronouns would make us sound like cavemen. for example,

Scott:"Tim hear what Josh say"
Tim: "Tim no hear what josh said"
Scott:"Scott think Tim should listen better"

See how idiotic it sounds? Being able to use pronouns such as "He, She, His, hers" makes it easier to communicate with others. Try talking like that for an hour with your friends and family, look at the face they make at you that screams "Ok, you can stop the act now."
