Jennifer is patriotic for her fellow people in the Human Republic, which is the driving reason of her joining the military. Jennifer is light-tempered, and usually won't ever lash out or step out of line. She is a "go with the flow" person, but she is willing to peacefully discuss her opinion or disappointment. Jennifer enjoys to play the "hard to get" game to soldier who Jennifer strikes their fancy, despite her being in the army, isn't that small of a number. She is against the concept of fate, and truly believes that your choices affect your life. The only reason that she is in the military is because of her patriotism to her country, that and a personal reason, and isn't the most active when it comes to killing Pokemon.

History:
Jennifer comes a rather well-off family in Mauville. Jennifer's parents owned a Steakhouse in Mauville, and her parents still own the steakhouse. Jennifer grew up in the influence of being a chef, her parents preparing her to take over the family business one day. This made her brother James jealous. Jennifer tried hard to mend that jealousy by being nice and caring to James. But, James stubbornly denied any attempt by Jennifer. This made for a relatively rocky childhood for Jennifer, between the pressure from her parents and the strung out relationship with her brother. Jennifer did very well in school, getting good grades yet still having a strong stable of friends. This excelling in school got her into a top-end university after high school. Jennifer went to the University of Petalburg for three years, earning her major in Chemistry at the age of 23. At her college, she met Josh Cahill, at the time Josh was the General of the HR Army. Jennifer and Josh began talking about the army and they became good friends. After college, Jennifer joined the Toxic materials field of the HR Army, and became an expert in dealing with toxic materials. In the meantime, Jennifer and Josh began dating, forming a strong bond with each other. Two weeks before Josh was assassinated, he proposed to Jennifer. Jennifer said yes, and they began to prepare for marriage, despite Josh's meetings with the Pokemon. When Josh Cahill was assassinated, Jennifer cried non-stop for 2 days. After a period of crying and moping, Jennifer decided that it was best to suit up and fight the Pokemon, and take revenge for the death of her Fiancee.

Appearance:
Lugia Form: Drake has light green eyes with a scar on his left one. He has ten large blue "Plates" that cover his back. Drake also has two dark blue "fins" on his tail. He has large arms that can act as wings but they do not have feathers which gives him the ability to swim under water. His neck is more like a shortened giraffe like neck. He stands at 17'01".

Human Form: Drake in his Human Form still has his light green eyes and scar. He has white medium length hair. He stands at 6'07". While in his human form he wears a white shirt with a white tie and grey over coat. His skin color is very pale.

Normal Pokemon Form: Drake in his pokemon form is a Charmander. Standing at about 3'5"
Drake has an orange skill tone and sharp claws. The fire on his tail burn bout as much as a Charizard. Drake has razor sharp teeth. Drake in his Normal Pokemon Form still has his light green eyes.

Personality: Drake being part of the League of Legends, takes things very seriously. Drake does not "joke" about anything. Drake is always honest and fair. He has a friendly attitude and would only fight out of self defense or to protect one of his loved ones. He is not foolish and takes every possible detail in to an outcome no matter how small the detail is. Drake is very loyal and respectful.

History: Drake born in the seas lived his life there. He was abandoned and lived the rest of his life alone and with the other pokemon in the ocean. He wandered the seas alone in search for somebody to be a companion. With no luck he was alone for years, ever once every month he would go out and fly around Hoenn as he watched the beaches to make sure no one was destroying the waters. After he would check everything he would enjoy himself and take a fly.

One of those flies he looked in to the distance and saw a land mass. He had never noticed it before so the next day he had rested up and flew to the land mass. The region was at war, the humans and pokemon for the first time were rivals. Drake had thought "How could this be? How long have I been Isolated from the world?" He flew in closer and saw many many humans and pokemon being killed. The Lugia was disgusted and flew away from the region.

Drake thought long and hard about how he could stop this madness. He tried to think of how he could stop this. He thought about flying down and slaughtering the humans to warn them that this was not a war worth fighting but he wasn't that type of being.
The Lugia was over head high in the sky when the battle at Sunnyshore had occurred.
The large flying pokemon was about to swoop in to get a closer look when Drake heard loud roaring, he couldn't think it was possible that there was a pokemon down there that could have made that sound. He came down more and came to see it was Groudon, "how could this be?" he thought. Could the war be this bad?

Drake immediately searched for help, after weeks of searching it was to late. The war written land was destroyed. Drake had called unto Arceus and searched for counsel.
Drake's Mentor was Arceus from then on. The Lugia had talked with Arceus for a long time. Arceus told Drake that there wasn't much he could do. Arceus told Him that there was peace once again, and that he planed to keep it that way.The Lugia was finally at peace, He knew Arceus would stick to his plan. But Drake had no clue that war would soon return to the world.



Moveset (4 Max for Pokemon): Areo Blast, Fly, Sky attack, fire blast.
