    Hi. I am TadpolesAndre. I am new to Pokemon, so I need some help. I want to make a Pokemon Team that is able to win casual tournaments at my local store. I need some help picking out good pokemon for this and good moves. The pokemon can be uber or not I don't care, but i need them to be good. I like moves like "Surf" and "Earthquake" because they are really good and hit almost everything and more than one Pokemon if I am in a tag team match. So please, all help is needed to make this team.

    Then I bet you'll come to find the Strategies & Moveset Forum's stickies and helpful members around that forum to be more than enough of a help for you to get off the ground running at that store. Although it sounds like an anything goes place, uber allowed? XD; May want to read up on the uber metagame, then. (google is friendly in that regard)

    As for this thread, it's your introduction, not a suggestion area for Pocket Monsters to use, just getting that note out there.

    My store has both casual and competative, but casual gets better prize support and more players, which is why i kind of started playing, besides the fact i needed another game to start playing besides Yu-Gi-Oh!, because this can be played by youself, or with your friends, or in tournaments which makes it great.

    I want guys with big attacks like "Surf", "Earthquake","Blizzard". Stuff that can also work well in double team. I got Pearl a year ago and kind of put it down after i beat it in a week of not so intense playing. So far i am thinking of

    Delibird
    Snorlax
    Palkia
    Rayquaza
    Wailord

    stuff like that. I dont know any others really that will get the job done, but I need alot fo help making it. It doesnt matter if i have them or not, because i will have to start a new game when Plantinum comes out, and thats when the tournaments will start.
     
    If you wanna make a real splash, go watch Marriland vs. Untouchable on Youtube. Pay attention to the Rattata...now that I've given you an idea, you can be nice and return the kindness by accepting my friend request 8D. You'll be the final #493 for now, actually (an honour). Other than that, please enjoy your stay and watch out for anyone with any words that are not numbers or titles in their usernames...

    As BeachBoy mentioned the Pokemon Strategies & Movesets forum is the best place to go if your intrested in making a good team.

    To me it sounds like you really want one of those prizes so i hope you win atleast one. Well anyway i hope you enjoy your time here and have a happy new year.
