I have the same problem described below. Pokeman TCG Tutorial crashes after eavee says "your turn". Then it crashes each time I launch the application.

Error Message: "Pokemon Trading Card Game Online.exe has stopped working".

    Windows 10
    i5 CPU @ 2.4 GHz
    8GB RAM
    64 Bit

    Any suggestions for fixing?

So I looked into this for a friend, and I found out the issue. It has to do with Intel/HP's movement away from using Dedicated Video Graphics Memory (or something to that effect) and moving that into all-purpose RAM. The TCGO Tutorial for some reason requires 256mb (might be 128, I forget now) of this dedicated memory, and will crash if it doesn't get that allotment. What this basically means is that all 2011 and newer (date may be wrong) HP/Intel PCs cannot open the tutorial. It is a known bug, although I have no idea if any effort is being made to fix it.

To circumvent this, either go into the control files and try to fix it yourself (not recommended) , log out and create a new account and DO NOT select to view the tutorial, or wait until they patch it at a later date.

Looks like ddrox13 might have your answer.

I've gone ahead and moved both of these posts to their own thread as the older one is out of date (linked to this one in my post in the old thread, though).
