I've been working on this team for a while, working out the kinks, weaknesses, etc.

It's meant to be a speed/attack team. This team is also for B/W. All have been cured of Pokerus.

I can see the problems in nature, moves, EVs, and abilities. I'm still working on it, but I wanted to see what you thought so far.

You'll need to get a hold of some EV-reducing berries or breed up new Pokemon, I'm afraid. Never use neutral natures in competitive play because they don't do anything for the Pokemon's stats.

Dragonite does defensive sets better. A Brave nature wastes away Salamence's good Speed:
    -Outrage
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Aqua Tail
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Abiliyt: Moxie

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Hydro Pump
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Outrage
    -Fire Blast
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 64 Atk/192 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Giga Impact is a terrible move competitively, as it leaves you a sitting duck. Timid is also terrible on Garchomp because it has good Attack, and you're wasting it away:
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Aqua Tail/Fire Blast
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Aqua Tail/Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Yache Berry/Haban Berry/Leftovers/Salac Berry

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Claw/Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Aqua Tail/Protect
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/196 Def/60 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Staraptor is too frail for using status moves like Toxic. It's better off all-out attacking. Fly is too easily played around to be worth using:
    -Double-Edge/Return/Quick Attack
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -U-turn
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Band

    or
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat
    -Double-Edge/Return/U-turn
    -U-turn/Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak

Rhyperior is terrible in OU because even though Solid Rock compensates for its common weaknesses, its Special Defense is still a problem. If you insist on using it, use Solid Rock as the ability; Lightning Rod is useless on it:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Blast
    -Dragon Tail
    Nature; Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/16 Atk/244 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Solid Rock

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
    -Ice Punch/Rock Blast
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 96 HP/252 Atk/160 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Solid Rock

    or
    -Rock Polish
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Solid Rock

Special moves are not worth using on Gyarados because of its low Special Attack. The thing I said about Giga Impact also applies to Hyper Beam. Even though Bounce suffers from the same issues as Fly, it's Gyarados' only Flying STAB, so it can get away with using it:
    -Substitute/Taunt
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Bounce
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 88 HP/248 Atk/4 Def/168 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Bounce
    -Earthquake/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Waterfall
    -Roar/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

Lucario should stick to physical attacking. While it can go the special route, its Mega form does that better in X/Y, but this isn't X/Y:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Ice Punch/Crunch/Shadow Claw/Bullet Punch
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Platinum pretty much told you everything you need to change, but if you wanna use Salamence instead of Dragonite (Salamence is perfectly fine to use):

-Salamence w/Lum Berry or Life Orb
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    Ability: Moxie
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Dragon Dance, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Fire Fang/Aqua Tail

    or

    -Salamence w/Life Orb
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    Ability: Intimidate/Moxie
    EVs: 64 Attack, 192 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Draco Meteor, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Fire Blast, Earthquake

The first few sets I suggested were for Salamence. I never suggested anything for Dragonite, but here they are if you're curious:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch
    -ExtremeSpeed/Roost/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe

Thanks for all the tips guys :D This team is pure. There not breeded or trained for EVs. I haven't gotten to the point of breeding them over and over and over. I knew something was weird about Staraptors move set, but I couldn't figure out what was.
