Cesar shall, unfortunately, remain Bug type unless he decides to change to one which is currently available.
Xanochoy Circus Arisin will not receive Bug as planned unless Cesar makes the aforementioned change.
The Water type shall go to Mukkamoto, the first applicant to request it.
