Rom Hack Name: Pokémon Guardian Legends: Pyro​

Rom Being Used: Pokémon Fire Red​

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE NAME Pokémon Pyro HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN. I DON'T THINK IT HAS, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW.​

I need the following:​

Spoiler:

Scripter (must be able to do lots of complicated thing, like events, ect.): 2-3 people​

Advance Maper (must know your way around adv map): 1 people​

Banner maker for the Team & Game: 1-3 people​

Person that can make a title screen (From when you turn on the game to all the way until you press START): 1 person (YOU MUST HAVE EXPERINCE IN DOING THIS!)​

Tester: 2-3​

Tile list editor: 1 person​

Pallet Editor: 1 person​

Inseter: 1 person​

Sprite maker: 2-4​

If you want to be a spriter:​

I'm going to want a Prof. (what I mean by Prof. is like Prof. Oak.)(Oh and the Prof. don't make him old. Make him look young, like if the guy were in his late 20s or early 30s) made. I already have the hero, heroine, and rival. But I'm still going to need you to do something's with the hero heroine and rival.​

If you are going to be a sprite maker then you need to make me YOUR OWN Hero, Heroine, Rival, and Prof., (you will need to post the back view, trainer card pic, and when picking your gender) and post them. Then I will pick which one I want. But don't worry if I don't pick yours, you will still be a spriter.​

If you're going to be a spriter I need you to make, a back version of him (like when they go into battle) also I need the picture that will appear when picking if you're a boy or girl. And the pic that goes on the trainer card(which I'm not sure but I think it's the same one that goes on the trainer card..not sure).​

OW sprite:​

Also I need you to make an OW sprite (make sure to include him running, surfing, biking, fishing, and using a Pokémon.​

This is the image of the hero in fire red so use it if you want as a guide to be able to make the OW sprite for this hack.​

Everything that you are doing for the hero I also need done here + the OW sprite (again the OW sprite include running, surfing, biking, fishing, and using a Pokémon).​

For this one I need the image that appears when you are picking his name + OW sprite (for this OW sprite I don't need him running surfing ect.).​

I think that is all I need, but you never know I could have accidently left something out. So if there is something that is not on there and you would like to be the something, then say so by posting it and I'll tell you if I have any use for what you want to be.​

Something you should know about me & What I expect of you MUST READ THIS!:​

I'm the type of person that gets ideas out of nowhere (for example I'll be sitting in class and I will get an idea). So trust me you will not have to make a bunch of Scripts/Sprites/Map. Also I'm the type of person that will not rush you, because if something is rushed it comes out bad. Now that does not mean that you can go ahead be lazy about things. But if you do take some time, I of all people understand. I myself don't get much computer time because of High School & AP classes, so remember, don't get stressed or over worked. That's why if you see above all but 1 have more than one person working on that field. We are a team, but each group is also a team. If one of your group members starts to fall behind, and I ask you if you can help him/her out, please help them out. Oh and also just because I'm the leader of the team doesn't mean that I will be bossing you around. But if you do start to be lazy and fall behind on purpose, then yeah expect me to be bossy to you, because when you join this team you are promising to do your best.​

Story Line (You will notice some miss spelled words, well that's because I'm trying to write fast):​

Past: The Hero/Heroine finds this shard looking thing in the woods, not so far from his house, and he/she has been going to it every day, and talking to it. He/She knows that there is something special about that shard so he/she is always caring for it. Also around the same time, the roar of the Guardian of Guardian Town was not herd anymore. The elder that guards the entrance to the cave of the Guardian, says that somehow the Guardian disappeared.​

Present: Now it has been one year, and it is the anniversary of when he/she first found the shard in the woods. He/She is going to see the shard again and it is also the first day of his/her adventure. When making his/her way to the where the shard is his/her friend (if you're the hero, then the friend is the heroine, and vice-versa) comes out and tell you that you have to go see Prof. Rave. So your friend escorts you to the lab(yeah you kind of have no choice lol), where you find out that you, your friend, and your rival are part of prophecy. As you travel you will meet knew people, and in each city and town there will be a little mini quest for you to complete. And with every little quest you complete you will get closer and closer to the disapperance to the Guardian of your town, and the ending of the prophcey. But something important that you will find out on your journey a dark secret about your father and his job....​

Oh and the starter Pokémon will be... Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon.​

And there are some things that I'm not going to let you know because it will ruin the game. But of course once you are on the team, you will know everything.​

FREATURES:​

Spoiler:

1. Kingdra will be in the game(just cuz kindra is one of my favorite pokemon). And so will Crobat. And probably some other 2nd gen​
2. Pokemon that need to be traded, with or without an item, will now be evolveable in a different way, either by using a stone or leveling.​
3. A new region, towns, cities, routes, caves, forest, storyline, hero, heroine, rival, prof.
4. Three new items.
5. Starters- Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon.
6. A prophecy.
7. The game revolves around 1 pokemon.

Yeah the event scripts is what I'm talking about, I need event scripts right away.
But ok for the map part there is something that im not sure is something advanced or not but, i need to make a new map(which i know how to do) then i need to insert it with a different name. And what i mean by that is, that everytime i try to insert the new map, it goes under the Pallet Town folder. So if the character were to walk into the new map(its a cave) on the left hand corner(or where ever the sign come in) it says Pallet Town, instead of saying The Gaurdians Cave like i want it to.

I know how to map (obviously), how to edit pallets for tiles (the purple puzzle piece), and am currently learning how to insert tiles. I can also make overworld sprites, like my OW for Den Of Charizard. I would really like to know how to edit the intro sprites, back sprites, and the trainer card sprites, so I'm trieing to figure out how to do that.

I do understand but there aren't that many people that can do everything. This is a Team Hack, meaning you have beginners and experts. You can't really expect all the experts to just sign up....

ill see if i can make a video showing you how a change the color and edit on paint, but i don't know how to enter sprites, im hoping somebody joins my team that knows how to do that.

I started out with the 1st gym leader of jhoto. then i changes his eye, clothes, rist band, and hair color, then highlighted the part where you could see his eye, then pasted it did some editing, then the last one i added the hand(the hand was from a different gym leader[i had to also change the color of the sleve])

it will probably be the hero for my story(it took my like 2-3 hours, but it was fun making it).
I'm going to be making the heroine next, so im going to make a video out of it so you can see out it is done.

i know how to solve this. create a new folder for whatever you want it to be called then add maps to it. i dont really know how to explain it though.

also if you are a beginner at hacking and you form a team you cant expect tons of experts like zel com in and join. you have to look up tutorials and stuff to get better yourself. thats what i did and look what i came out with... a decent hack in progressing hacks.

OK i made it here from project pokemon forums as you can see what can i do nothing really lol but i am really advanced at advance map and i can use a program called pksv which makes scripts you edit on advance map if you know of any confusing programs you have problems with give me a download link i am really good at learning so far i event done a platinum hack but not that far yet i allowed the shaymin/darkrai events to be activated without the need of the items or going to the event so i am really good at hacking and im fast at learning how to do it so if your still interested on wanting me please email me at [email protected]
