so what do you all think of this team?

Bulky attacker Rotom-W needs HP and Speed more than its defenses and Sp.Attack. A better EV spread is 232 HP, 56 Sp.Attack, 220 Speed. It also doesn't need any other attacks outside of its STABs and Hidden Power. Will-o-Wisp is a nice option to screw with physical attackers and help keep it alive.

Façade is tempting to use on a Breloom with Poison Heal, but your current set-up leaves it walled by Ghosts. So swap Façade with something like Bullet Seed or Rock Tomb.

Scizor has plenty of power after a Swords Dance boost, so all those attack EVs isn't necessary. It's also best not to have 2 Pokémon hold mega stones on the same team. Especially when one is Charizard, who needs to be in its mega form in OU. You'll wanna use this for a bulky dance Scizor:

    -Scizor w/Leftovers
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP, 40 Attack, 212 Sp.Defense
Moves: Swords Dance, Roost, Bullet Punch, U-turn/X-Scissor/Bug Bite

You can also use one of these sets too:

    -Scizor w/Life Orb
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Brick Break/Superpower, X-Scissor/Bug Bite

    -Scizor w/Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Speed
Moves: U-turn, Bullet Punch, Superpower, X-Scissor

Also, what's with the IVs on it?

Hydreigon prefers Flash Cannon over Surf so it can at least do something against Fairies. Since you're using a Choice set, Draco Meteor is better than Dragon Pulse for the raw power. You use it in a hit and run fashion.

I think it'd be better to use Mega Charizard X on your team instead of Y. Forretress and Scizor hate fire attacks, and the Sun MegaZard Y brings makes that worse, not to mention it weakens Rotom's Hydro Pump and doesn't do anything for the team. MegaZard X resists Fire attacks even better and doesn't bring the sun.

    -Charizard w/Charizardite X
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    Ability: Tough claws
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Dragon Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake

To add, Forretress isn't a good option anymore. Skarmory may be a better fit:
    -Roost
    -Whirlwind
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes/Brave Bird
    -Defog/Brave Bird
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef/or 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Spikes
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Brave Bird
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/184 Def/72 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy

Tl;dr version of Zekrom's Wash Rotom set:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 228 HP/60 SAtk/220 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Volt Switch

    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Much better Breloom sets for you to use:
    -Spore
    -Bullet Seed
    -Mach Punch
    -Rock Tomb/Force Palm
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe

    EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/4 Spe

Here are better Scizor sets (since Scizor gets Knock Off, might as well use it; if you didn't transfer over a Scizor for B2/W2, that's alright):
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Knock Off/Bug Bite/X-Scissor
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/152 Atk/108 SDef or 248 HP/136 Def/104 SDef/20 Spe

    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef

Other Megazard X sets in addition to the above:

    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly

    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 144 HP/252 Atk/112 Spe

(yes, bulky Megazard X is a thing)
