This is my first real post! Oh joy...

    I give you...TEAM ZINGY PLANT

This team was mostly built off of Meganium; 4 of the 6 pokemon are basically catered to her defense...

There are some things I'd like raters to address (please and thank you)

1: I NEED A BETTER LEAD...seriously...my Ninjask Lead was created to counter Azelf leads, and I've seen NO AZELF LEADS as of late, even though they're rated #1...so....ya....

2: Are there any other pokemon that can be replaced to effectively check Meganium's counters?

    3: Should Meganium have a different move-set?

    Thanks for rating!

    Swampert @Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def

    -Earthquake
    -Waterfall
    -Stealth Rock
    -Roar

    [Suggestion by Aragornbird]

Swampert has the ability to place Stealth Rock, phaze opponents (which causes them to take damage on the switch in, due to Stealth Rock), and resist Fire and Poison (weaknesses of Meganium's). This not only allows Swampert to be an effective lead, but an effective way of helping to defend Meganium.
    ---
    Starmie @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Grass Knot

Starmie is made to counter any flying types, fire types, and scare off any waiting poison types (bar things like Gengar). Starmie also has spectacular revenge-kill capabilities, so that's always a plus (at least in my experience).

    ---
    Meganium (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 216 HP/148 Def/144 SAtk
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Energy Ball
    - Aromatherapy
    - Reflect
    - Leech Seed
    ---
    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Seismic Toss
    - Toxic

Blissey is there to spread around status, and heal the team with her Wish-bliss powah! Yeah....she's mostly there for healing, and serves as a wonderful wall.

    ---

    Heatran @Leftovers
    Timid/Naive Nature
    252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spd

    -Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Substitute
    -Toxic

    [Suggestion by Aragornbird]

Heatran is here because he can not only defend against ALL of Meganium's weaknesses, Meganium can also defend him! This (sort of) makes a MegaTran walling combination; Meganium's resistances with Heatran's resistances (not that Heatran is going for sweeper...more like tank

    ---

    Kingdra @Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spd

    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance

    [Suggestion by Aragornbird]

Kingdra is a good physical sweeper, such that Blissey can no longer completely wall my team! It's got the ever wonderful dragon dance, which allows Kingdra to be that much more useful!
    ---

And there's my team! Thanks for rating!

    CHANGES SO FAR:

Change, [Name of person who suggested it]

Baton Passing Ninjask, V3 --->>> Stealth Rock Swampert Lead, [AragornBird]
Specs Blastoise --->>> Substitute Heatran, [AragornBird]
Specs Heatran --->>> Substitute DD Kingdra [AragornBird]

    Thanks for contributing!

Blastoise is outclassed by Starmie, or since you already have Starmie I guess Specs Vaporeon? Meganium is outclassed by Celebi/Shaymin. Magmortar is outclassed by Heatran/Infernape.

Eh, Meganium? Well, it's a pretty terrible Grass-type, but it's not the worst Grass-type.

I stll strongly advise you to replace Meganium with a better Grass-type, like Celebi, who can do everything Meganium can much more effectively.

    To answer your questions:

    1. Ninjask isn't even that useful for your team. Your team doesn't rely on Sunny Day and you have no physical sweepers!

    2. Yes, the Pokemon you chose were pretty bad so we'll talk about that later.

    3. No because Meganium's movepool sucks and that's one of the reasons its bad. But change its moveset to 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef. No point in Sp Attack EVs when you can't hurt anything.

To solve your lead issue, find a good Stealth Rock lead. A good one would be Swampert, who resists Fire and Poison while Meganium resists Grass.

    Swampert @Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def

    -Earthquake
    -Waterfall
    -Stealth Rock
    -Roar

Don't even try to use Choice Specs Blastoise. It's a terrible Special Sweeper. Use Heatran instead. Heatran resists EVERY SINGLE weakness that Meganium has, while Meganium resists 2 of Heatran's weaknesses.

    Heatran @Leftovers
    Timid/Naive Nature
    252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spd

    -Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Substitute
    -Toxic

Magmortar isn't a good special sweeper either because it is rather slow and it's weak to Stealth Rock. Get a good PHYSICAL sweeper so that Blissey can't wall your team like it does now.

    Kingdra @Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spd

    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance

Kingdra benefits from the support moves the rest of your team uses to easily set up and sweep.

    Hope that helps!

    Any ideas?

Is there any way of countering a Life Orb Attacker Jolteon? The set is like this

    Jolteon @ Life Orb
    252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Speed
    Timid
    -Charge Beam
    -Hidden Power Grass
    -Thunderbolt
    -Shadow Ball

Somebody help! With HP Grass, Swampert isn't fast enough! The only thing I see is to out-speed it with an Electrode or Ninjask!

Another option would be to take my chances and try to see if I can luck out by using Aerodactyl with 252 Speed and EQ...but it's a matter of luck! He could T-bolt or Charge Beam me...

Well metagross can ohko with earthquake, shadow-ball hurts though, hows this:

    Lucario@lifeorb
    Adamant: 252speed 252attack 4sp.def
    1.Earthquake
    2.Close-Combat
    3.Extreme-Speed
    4.Swords Dance

Earthquake will ohko that ev-spread, and if it does'nt extreme-speed.
