Hmpth, you'd be surprised.

When I was still a mod, we used to discuss possible pranks to pull on you members. They struggled with ideas. They will always struggle with ways to pull a good prank without having to resort to pretence banning a staff member/trolling through puppet accounts/banning members/forum plot takeover/etc.

Oh the joy in April Fools.

It's not really hard, per se. It's actually a rather easy job. But things like in-staff drama and expectations tend to jade you. :\

Actually, the infraction system came not long after I left. I don't even know its functions myself, not that I would bother to read all that garbage anyway. When I was still on the team they still had the 'Three warnings and you're out' system. Just be on your best behaviour and you have nothing to fear. ;P

Eh, it's not so great. I hardly put much of my stuff into it.

Anyways, before the infraction system? Interesting. I've wondered how long we have this way of handling it.

Though yeah, I behave myself alright. Zero infraction points.
