Solution when you get a job: buy a region unlocked DVD player and import DVDs! You should probably be careful with what you import, though, since isn't Indonesia an Islamic republic? Or am I mistaken and it just happens to be majority Muslim?

It's a republic. Indonesia has 6 approved religions by the government, but the majority is Muslim. P:

Although, importing things will still be tough and hella expensive especially after taxes.

Probably not the ones that came straight from Japan itself (like those gachapons and the vocaloid rubber straps). But eh, we'll see what goodies will my sister bring home from the AFAID. They're quite expensive, but it still beats those import taxes anyway. P:

I may or may not own several volumes of various series now.. it's just so cheap in Japan ;; I bought some Fairy Tail for like $4 US dollars each but the first volume that I bought in America was $10. I think so far I bought a volume of Barakamon, Nagi no Asukara, Idolmaster, Railgun, some TTGL side-story, All You Need is Kill (the inspiration for the movie Edge of Tomorrow, my dad wanted to see it and they were only $3 lol) and a couple Fairy Tails. I'm not really buying a whole lot because I can't read for ♥♥♥♥ other than hiragana so I would rather have the English versions. ~_~ I dunno.

Other than some manga I bought this light novel because it was everywhere and looked somewhat interesting even if I can't actually read it lol. I bought the Fairy Tail movie because it was bundled with volume 36 and I felt I should buy something video related and this was relatively cheap haha. I wanted to buy the Madoka anime but it's so expensive because apparently the DVDs are imported or something? My friend also wanted me to buy a Free! CD so I bought that, and I'm really considering buying the Idolmaster CD but I don't want to spend all my money when I could save up for the Idolmaster movie that comes out in October. @_@ I also really wanted to buy some Wixoss cards, since I liked the anime (why not) and the art looks kinda cool but they've been absent from everywhere I've looked </3

AFAID was just recently (go Google if you want to know about it). My sister didn't bring me a lot of spoils, not much Kiriko fan-made merch being sold. Plus, she didn't have a lot of money so we didn't grab anything straight from Japan. :/

Plus all the gachas were from One Piece and I don't follow that

I can't even go to the next event this weekend, nor the one coming up in two weeks. Dang, I feel merchless this year. I guess I was right that I won't get anything else this year. :'D

I'll take a pic of the haul that my sister gave me later. I still have a ton of uni stuff to deal with. ;3;
