    Hello! Cakesu is a bit busy so I will reply for her.
    We ask you to fill that form to make sure we don't get hacked pokémons since it's impossible to check all of that in the middle of a trade, and trading hacked pokémons is against the rules of the Trade Corner, hence we do this and we don't want to risk getting banned on S/M either. But if you don't want to trade because of that we understand.

    Hello!
    With the exception of IVs, everything else you can see when you check the summary of a pokemon, as for the IVs, that will depend on which pokémon game you are playing. I will be more than glad to guide you in checking the IVs if you wish.

    Hello FrdRed !

    Just letting you know we can't catch Larvesta nor Volcarona in ORAS/X&Y and even S/M since the only way to get Larvesta is Mirage Island (I have the worst RNG trust me) and Friend Safari (Not really there yet to check if I have one) I can only breed you one in a regular Pokeball, let me know if you're okay with this. :)
