It's always a bit amusing how the least well-off in the US often have a tendency to be the most obese.
I reckon it probably has to do with education (as well as how ridiculously cheap unhealthy food is in that blasted country), but it's easy to make some immature joke about them eating up all their money.

Every school out there should teach their students how American rivers are spelled.
As for the states themselves, only California, Texas, and Florida are the important ones. Rest of 'em are square little things with people in them.
